Fast service and mostly reasonable prices but upsell is a bit sketchy. Just be careful about agreeing to anything extra. I was going to use a $15 off coupon for oil change plus free additives and was told they could use a better coupon for $25 with wiper blade replacements. What they didn't mention is that it cost $30 extra and now they also charge you for the addictive so effectively I paid $40 extra ($15+$5+$20) for new wiper blades I didn't need.

I arrived for an oil change this morning and there was no wait, it was supposed to be a 15 minute procedure. It took almost two hours and they charged me $120! On top of that, they got grease and oil all over the inside of my car and the floor mat. They did offer a free shampoo, but that is not close to fixing this. This place is horrible, they have no regard for the customer’s time, money, or property. AVOID! Updated November 15, 2024. After corresponding with the manager, Oil Changers offered to refund my oil change and shampoo the floor mat of my car. Let it be known that when these guys make mistakes, they do make the effort to correct them.

Came in for an inspection and was told that I would fail because my window did not work. They then, lo and behold, proceeded to sell me on their services to fix my window. Note that my car has passed inspection for the past 5 years with the window issue. The service manager tried to tell me that the police are cracking down and if I got pulled over he would be concerned for my safety (implying that the cops would shoot me or something of that nature). I guess this is a fear tactic that they use on a lot of their female drivers to scare them into purchasing their services. I called the DPS the next day who confirmed that my car would not fail inspection if it did not go down. Windows tinting is the only part of the window needed in the inspection. Scummy sale tactics but at least they were pleasant in trying to lie to my face and gouge me out of my hard earned money. I will not be coming back and will not be having my other references come back either.

This place and the people that work there are all amazing and down to earth. They don’t B.S. you and they look out for you and your car. They show you exactly what’s wrong and going on, not once did i feel like they were just trying to make sales. I trust them with my car and will continue to go here every time.

These guys didn’t install 17 splash guard pins. When I went up to the location I was told the regional manager is the only one who can issue a refund…. It’s been almost 2 weeks and 2 visits to location and I still haven’t gotten a response from regional manager. I wouldn’t trust these guys to check my tire pressure. Worst decision ever to get an oil change from them! Highly recommend finding somewhere else to get an oil change. Bad service, runaround on refund. Negative 5 star service. UPDATE: after this post I was reached out to by the regional manager and they not only refunded me for the oil change but have also ordered me a new splash guard due to the damages the previous one recieved during the time driving with it not properly installed. This manager (David) went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of as a customer. As long as David is running the show, they will exceed expectations. Thank you David!

Poor experience dealing with the mechanic Gabriel. Never followed up even after repeated phone calls , kept diverging on his word from when the part was arriving and never gave me a definitive answer . After repeated calls and him not following up ' he said he doesnt have time to pick up the part'

Pros: Friendly staff and quick service Cons: 1. Price- Was quoted $115 for full synthetic oil change, which is significantly higher than what I typically pay at Jiffy Lube. Fortunately, I was able to find a $15 coupon online while I waited 2. Several standard maintenance items were marked checked/completed on the invoice but were not addressed at all. - Washer fluid was marked "filled," but the reservoir was empty when I arrived and equally as empty when I left. - "Wash windshield" was marked "completed" but the windshield was never touched. - "Tire pressure" was marked "checked." However, the pressure indicator was blinking when I arrived and still blinking when I was about to leave. They filled the tires per my request, but even then they were underfilled. The unaddressed items are relatively minor, but the fact they were completely ignored, especially while being marked "completed" on the invoice, reflects very poorly on the business. These are things that should be completed without exception, particularly when charging $115 for an oil change.

You all did great. I have moved out of the area... But come back to this side of town because of the outstanding customer service that you provide. I drive over 25 miles. With this world being in such a rush mode; you all continue to make a customer feel valued. Keep up the great work!
