Vincent and his crew were able to accept me right away. They were all very professional and you can hear them calling out each process making sure they all were on the same page as they changed my oil. They went above and beyond and topped off all my fluids and changed my engine filter. They gave a great customer experience and I'll definitely be coming back here to get it all done again when my next oil change is due. Thanks guys.

I was in and out fairly quickly, in about 15 minutes. The team was extremely courteous and kind. They went above and beyond, and even took their time to explain everything that was recommended for my car, without being pushy or making me feel cornered. I left completely satisfied and will be back again!

Great place to do oil change fast, convenient and professional. I use to go to the one on Monterey rd., but they would never check my fluids correctly. So changed location and now this is my preferred location! Thank you pres for you professional service!

Wanted to give a Huge shoutout to the team here at San Jose, Pearl Ave, Oil changers. 1st time here at this location and everybody was super productive, professional and communicated there very well. Appreciated everything Mr. Press, Nicholas, Eugene, Sukhvindel, Vincent work very well together and it was honestly super cool to see that going on here at this location Definitely recommend this location and will be bringing back all the cars from here on out. All three of our vehicles are serviced here. I have a new truck that doesn't need an oil change yet - but I have a bad back and I needed some air inflation in my tires due to the cool weather, and they gracefully helped me... Friendly guys

Have been going to this spot since 2011 when it was Pennzoil 10min express. Since new ownership, threre is no up charge pressure to buy more packages. They will give you a free list of what needs to be updated with your vehicle. Great employees that seem to actually care about good customer service and keeping your vehicle well maintained all at an affordable price. They also do a free vehicle inspection such as headlights , high beams, reverse lights, hazard light, turn signals and much more. Check them out and pass the words to your friends. Support local businesses.

Since the purchase of my very 1st vehicle I have been utilizing this site for my oil changes and basic engine necessities. Upon hearing the news that ownership and management had changed, I was a bit skeptical about returning to this sight and trusting the new management team. Seeing as how I had such a great rapport with the previous staff. However, I decided to give them a shot, and to my pleasant surprise they were awesome with super friendly staff and a very knowledgeable assistant manager I believe his name was Pres. He was very informative about the services they offered and the recommended time frames for each service. Very informative but not overly pursuant. They definitely retained me as a loyal customer. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an efficient and honest oil changing place.

First time at this location, they did not disappoint. My wait time was minimal went really fast, the tech was vary knowledgeable did not try and up sale me on something I did not need. He went above and beyond making sure everything was working properly. He was Really friendly over all great job and super honest. I give pres 5+ will refer family and friends and continue to give him my business.

The team at Oil Changers were great! They were knowledgeable, fast, helped me with both my cars and the price was fair. I love that they looked up the CARFAX details of my cars to make sure they did not charge me for work that had already been done which I forgot about. Thank you!

The workers are friendly, honest people and they did their job quickly. I was comfortable asking questions and they were very knowledgeable about what should be done, but not pushy about it. I was done with everything and exiting in 30 mins. I will keep going back for more oil changes and the extra services they will do to keep my car healthy.

They were extremely thorough and professional. They explained everything that was happening from beginning to end with the oil change on my 2017 honda civic. And I really appreciate the fact that they didn't just tell me my car needs this and my car needs that , but instead they showed me exactly what my car needed . For example my air filter needed to be replaced and when they showed it to me I couldnt believe how dirty it really was. Great place highly recommend.
