I came in for the first time today and the last time for a oil change not only were one of the guys a liar he was very rude. I pulled in and I just wanted to know how much it was the younger guy told me the price and I was fine with it. Untill I was checking out and the guy with the long hair seem to have a attitude and was rude. He gave me a different price then what the other younger guy said and I was so ready to get out of there. I told them thank you and the guy with the long hair just ignored me never again I'll stick to Valvoline and make sure you check your change because he definitely didn't give me all my change

I came in today looking to get an oil change for my car for the 4th and I got turned down because I came in the last 11 mins of opening. I can tell from the face of one of the employees that he didn’t want service my car. Also, I just drove in the rain all the way from downtown Cincinnati. The employees said they didn’t have the filter to do the oil change today but they said if I come “first thing in the morning on Friday” they will have the filter. Tomorrow is the 4th so there is no confusion on that but it just don’t make sense how an order can get there first thing in the morning after a holiday. The employee Travis promised me that. I rather of heard from an employee that they just didn’t want to do it. I would’ve respect it the most. But to be lied to and told they didn’t have the filter is where I draw the line. Travis (employee) promised me that a part that was just order hours ago on the day before an holiday will guarantee to arrive at 8am on the day after an holiday? It just doesn’t add up. I’m just frustrated I just drove 35 minutes in a rainstorm to get denied because employees didn’t feel like doing a basic oil change.

Sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes and no employees. Was there during open hours, the open sign was on. Called and no answer. I had to visit another location nearby and all he could do was apologize and couldn't understand why nobody was there.

Called to make an appointment was told I didn't need one it's first come first serve I said ok went there and the first thing said was hi do you have an appointment and I'm like when I called you said I didn't need one he said then your gonna be waiting a couple hours 🤷🏽‍♀️I left

Quick service, helpful technicians. I got food advice on tire rotation and a decent price on full synthetic oil. They took my Groupon no problem. Get the Groupon app it will save you time and money. Thumbs High. 👍

This would have started as a 4 star.. Didnt honor coupon. Then argued about it. A year later the coupon. Is finally different. Was going on a trip and checked my oil 2 days after the change to find oil all over my engine. I hadn't driven the car except back home 1mile from the store. Called and talked to a tech who said sorry... Nobody asked name number or anything. Then it was time for another oil change, we only drive the car about 5to7000 miles a year. I figure sense covid all prices rocketed I would do it myself. My father was a ford mechanic and him and I have installed engines brakes rear ends etc. The nylon washer on the drain plug was missing, I cannot confirm it was there before, The worst was finding the oil filter on so tight I couldn't remove it I had to go buy a socket type wrench to go over the end cap to remove it. I dont know of the same staff is here, but there's more.

Bad attitude! I'm sorry I have to voice out! Even though I am an immigrant, I heard you seriously say, "she lied to me" before you found out your colleague misread my ODO. You told me you were just joking with your colleague. Even though I don't speak as good English as you, at least I won't take people's character as a joke and shoo them out when they try to reason with it. Even though you have good price, you don't know what respect is. So, I can only give you one star for last Friday‘s service!

My oil pan fell off when I was driving, after that my car started having issues. I don’t even know if they know how to change the oil.
