Once broken, trust is not easily restored. On 22 November 2024, I tried The Oil Guys. I based my decision on a number of factors: these reviews, a fair price, and the convenient location. They changed the oil on my 2017 Lexus ES350 quickly and for the quoted price. Clean waiting area. Friendly staff. Everything trending toward an easy five-star review. Then, they tried the bait-and-switch dirty-oil-filter trick. Please see the attached photos: The dirty filter is the one they showed me. The almost new filter is the one in that was already my Lexus. Buyer beware, for these guys are immoral, opportunistic thieves. They will shake your hand right after trying -- but in my case, unfortunately, failing -- to steal from you. I get no joy in penning this review. I love people. I've lived in 15 states, soon to be 16. This is such a great country filled with innumerable outstanding subcultures, people, and businesses. But truth trumps discomfort: The Oil Guys, sadly, are wolves in sheep's clothing.

Normally, we have a real good experience with this location. However, today we experienced car troubles on a newer car that had no previous issues. The car stalled, shut down, did not want to turn on and when it finally did the motor was making a weird noise/was shaking. Oil and engine indicators turned on. It’s unfortunate that this happened on a Saturday night because we could not take the car back and this place is closed on Sunday. I called and left a message. We will probably have to call a mechanic but if not, I hope the Oilguys can assist. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Update: A mechanic took a look at our car and said that indeed one of the codes was related to having a change of oil. Even though this establishment had told us otherwise. Once again, hopefully this situation, inconvenience, and cost does not happen to anyone else.

These guys will get you in and out with your oil change. Fast, easy and super friendly. They even do visual checks on your lights, turn signals, wash your windshield for you and will even fill up air in your tires. No hassling or hagging. Straight forward and great service! 5 stars!

By far the best experience I've ever had for an oil change. I've been coming here for years and they have added a few touches. Cleaning the windows, airing the tires and not trying to make you buy anything else. They are so fast. My oil change was ten minutes and I waited maybe less than that. So professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

I trusted this place and have used this business many times in the past. But, since their business started to pick up, they started to cut corners. They no longer provide computer generated invoices. They tried to offer you services you don't need. They don't show you the invoice. They just tell you how much it costs and you just pay for it, believing they are trustworthy individuals. Today, I learned the hard way. I had my car serviced there. The cost based on what's written on the invoice was $150, but they charged me $168. When I called to speak to the owner, he did not even offer an apology. He stated they forgot to write down a part that costed $9. He had no explanation for the other $9 they overcharged me. I will no longer use this business. But, if you do, beware!

I was headed out on an 16 hour round trip so I came in to get my fluids checked and they were very busy. The guy asked me to pull into one of the side parking spaces and he checked my tires and my fluids there in order to get me in and out faster. My car was fine and I was ready to hit the road. I have been going here for 4 years now and have always been taken care of with amazing, friendly, honest and quick service.

I took my truck to these guys. I just wanted an oil change. I didn’t agree with their “up-sell” of more service. The next time I got my oil changed at my regular place. The regular placed informed me that the oil plug was stripped

10/10 they don't try to sell you extras like air filters and after they check it they tell you the condition it is and how long it will last never had a bad experience with them best group ever

For my first time getting my oil changed, I had a decent experience. They were friendly and honest about what needed to be fixed/replaced. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because 1). The wait time was 2 hours, and 2). I specifically requested Mobil 1 synthetic oil (they said they could do that and I agreed to pay extra) but they gave me Quaker State oil instead (listed on the receipt). Thankfully, they didn't charge the extra amount. Even though I made my preferences clear during my visit, they didn't follow through. I’d visit them again for future oil changes, but I'd definitely double-check which oil they are using to service my car.

I've been coming here for about 2 years now to get my oil changed and I love this place! They just fixed my belt on my car yesterday and it only took about an hour and half and it was $150! I had previously went to another place and they were gonna charge me $850?? Oil guys was super accommodating, I was my 7 month old daughter with me and one of the mechanics opened my door for me and even charged me from car so I didn't have to take my daughter out in the rain. Will always recommend people here! Thank you Oil Guys!

The guys here are fast and efficient, tell you what you need and the best options plus they won't try to upsell you. Parking might be an issue if they're busy though.

The gentleman that work there are great very friendly and very professional. The employees didn't try to offer me anything extra on things I did not need they just got right down to what needed to be done.
