I love this place- been coming for years no matter where I live in the south bay. They are quick, kind and clear about what they are doing. They make suggestions for service based on your cars history and you can easily accept the suggestion or not. It can get expensive if you keep saying yes, but better option than going to a dealer. Plus it takes less than an hour while you sit in your car with a provided beverage. Beats waiting all day in the lobby or even at home wondering when your car will be done. I have done a simple oil change, and i have done all the other services as well… super fast. And when you leave you can be confident everything was tightened and put back where it’s supposed to go as you witness their verbal check through the whole car. They will also clean windows, check and air tires, check all filters and even lubricate your door hinges. They also keep your history of which services you have done and when. You can also stop in for a free top off or check whenever you like. No, I have no stock at all in this place, no friends or family… just appreciate this service.

Great customer service! I stopped by to get my oil changed however the electricity was out in the neighborhood and the manager came out and apologized for the inconvenient and handed me a coupon to come back later. What a great manager. Came back later in the day and was treated with great respect. Oil change only took 30 minutes and there was no hard sell on their recommendations. This is definitely my new go to location for oil changes.

100% recommended! You won't regret it 😁! From the start when I pulled in to their shop, I felt positive vibes. Got greeted with a warm friendly welcome 🤗. After asked if I wanted a drink " coffee,water,coke,diet, apple juice for the kids as well ". And the best part it's FREE. After asked if I had any special need or concerns about my vehicle. Just told him I was there for a basic oily change and got straight to work. What i appreciate about this place is that they are humble and efficient as well on being able to explain any protocols or concerns if needed. Right before I know it I was in and out, leaving with a smile 😁 on my face. Like I said enough said, hands on the best Chevrolet oil stop ever been a customer for a year and yet more to come 100% SATISFIED! THANKS CHEVROLET Oil STOP EMPLOYEES AND STAFF AND MANAGEMENT.
