They were professional, and did a vehicle inspection at no charge. Plus, I didn't need to leave my house. They came by and pick up my van, leaving their car, and a few hours later they brought my van back with report of maintenance needs. Soon they will be giving me a quote report on each maintenance requirement.

I went to them for an estimate to fix the steering problems I was having with my car, and they included a repair that wasn't necessary. I also told at least three people that I just had my tires rotated, and I did not need that to be done as part of my estimate. They went ahead and rotated my tires anyway, and then I had to wait for them to rotate them back again. I think their price for an estimate is ridiculous. I paid around $75 and that was after they applied their hundred-dollar new customer discount. Their estimate to fix my car came out to be a little over $1600. I finally went to my son's mechanic and got the repair done for $1,000. Needless to say I won't be going back.

Been coming here for years! The customer service is always outstanding. They go beyond a basic oil change & perform a full inspection. I’ve never felt pressured to have services done as well, just informed. I like doing DIY stuff to my car, like changing air filters and sometimes brakes. And when I tell them I don’t want it, they are super supportive! One awesome thing they do that other places don’t: buy 4 oil changes, get the 5th free! That lowers the overall cost of your oil changes. I recommend this place to my friends and family.

Great job as always. The parts were ordered on Friday, there on Monday around 7:00 and done at 9:00. I have been going there for almost thirty years! I recommend highly!

HEROES! OK Tire and Automotive quickly solved my Volvo XC60's months-long 'mystery' smog problem and submitted it directly to the DMV! I received first-class, friendly service from my initial phone conversation with Robert until the day I drove off in my fully repaired car. OK Tire and Automotive goes above and beyond other repair shops to satisfy customers with 'outside the box' thinking; the word 'heroes' belongs on the wall behind their computer station!

If I could give 10 stars I would gladly do so. This place was so very good and awesome to me. I have to give credit where credit is due, Robert is the most genuine and reliable reliable person I have dealt with in mechanical matters. He was as honest, caring and efficient persona I've ever had the pleasure of having work on my car issues. I had no idea what was wrong with my car. I had a diagnostic test done and it was fuel injection problem. They fixed it and it runs perfectly. Thank you Robert for everything and the tow bringing it there and bringing it back to me before New Year weekend. You're an absolute saint and I would gladly recommend if you're looking for honesty efficiency and professional work done then hands down go to OK Tire and Automotive for your car needs in any capacity. These guys are great! Came to location and changed all 6 tires on a customer's van conversion. Rich was awesome! He even inspected another customers tire and was willing to patch at no additional cost if it had needed it. Now I am set up to be able to text message if/when I need anything for a customer! I would definitely recommend these guys! The prices are good and the service is top notch! Thank you Ok Tires!
