Excellent service! I have had them service my car since I bought it. I highly recommend them, especially if your a woman not knowing where to take your car. They are truly honest and is the place for you. Excellent service staff, they treat you like family. Five stars all the way around.

I had a screw in my tire and they were able to promptly send somebody out to my home to repair it. The gentleman arrived, was very professional and very knowledgeable. I am very grateful that they offer the service because I was under the gun with a deadline approaching and really just didn’t have time to spare to go have it taken care of. They offer a lot of other mobile services as well and I will definitely be usingthose services. I was very impressed with OK Tires service.

Amazing customer service. They were able to accommodate my EV truck that required special equipment to put on the lift. They also had me out in a very reasonable amount of time. The staff in the lobby were all so awesome and made me and my dog feel welcome. They even asked if my dog needed water.

Great customer service. My car was towed in with a dead battery on a Friday afternoon. Dominic was able to get me in and out in an hour,,only because of wait time for the battery to be delivered. My "go-to" shop for all my car service needs.

“The doctor is in!” Those were the first words my service advisor, Robert, who was dressed in a white lab coat, said to me when I approached him. Those words gave me a sense of relief, reassurance. For me, walking into a car repair shop typically produces a certain level of dread because I really don’t know if the folks are really there to help or to take my money for unnecessary repairs. Not this time. Not at OK Tires. It seems thé whole staff were wearing lab coats and working under the notion to “Do No Harm” just like healthcare professionals. I felt very at ease while I waited for the professionals to take care of my car. When they were finished, Robert presented me with a short list of suggested services (in order of importance !) to keep my car free from more costly future repairs. Do No Harm indeed! OK Tires is my new go to auto repair shop!

Everyone on staff are extremely helpful and professional. Prices are good and they have a tremendous amount of integrity. They spent a day and a half trying to nail down an overheating issue with my car. They couldn’t find a complete solution and didn’t charge a dime! I’ve told everyone I know to go there and all have been very happy with the service they received. Update: They just did a full service on our Honda CRV. Excellent again!!

Chris, Robert and Laura (or Lauren/Laurel,sorry couldn't read the full name on the jacket!) were awesome!! Robert helped me via a call when I was stuck waiting for hours for AAA. Chris got my tires ordered and I was scheduled asap. Since I fell into the hugest pothole I've ever seen i knew my allignment would be a mess. They handled that and did a full inspection to make sure nothing else was damaged. Great service and people. Cozy little waiting area. 10/10. 100% my new tire shop for the long run.

Couldnt change out my spare myself, just rotating them. The nut was frozen on there and I didnt have leverage on my boat trailer. OK Tire got it done while I waited, easy peasy and they charged a reasonable shop rate! I’ll be using them for my tire and wheel needs for sure!

Ok so this is officially the best repair shop in Sacramento. Came in without an appointment. Robert set me up with Alan and they took care of me on the spot and I was out within 15 minutes. Even ran into my old friend Laura who works there. Thanks to everyone there!

The other night, while driving, I hit a pothole I didn’t see in time, which caused my tire to blow out. The next morning, I called around to several tire shops in the area, but none had a matching tire for my vehicle in stock. Most could only order it, which would take an additional two days. Then I spoke with Robert at OK Tire, who quickly located the exact tire I needed. He had it delivered to the shop within 30 minutes and had me back on the road just 45 minutes later. I’m thrilled to have found this place and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

This is an awesome shop! Everyone I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. My car had a leak and they did a detailed inspection, sent me a report with pictures of everything they found needing repair and then called me to let me know what they found. They got the parts and made the repairs quickly and even picked me up so I could get my car. Thank Dave and Laura for getting me back on the road so quickly!
