Excellent, Professional shop they inspected the truck very good and fixed the problem, had steer tires replaced , alignment, and suspension repair they did very good job, customer service is excellent they kept me updated and must important , job was done at the time was promised thank you !

This is the worst shop in Orlando!!! If I could put 0 rate I would. Don’t get fooled by these crooks, they tell you any lie to make you believe so you can leave your truck there, and they do what they want! I took my truck to replace one tire, but they said, oh you need to do this, do that. When the bill came up almost $7k, the girl in the front desk was like, Ohhh don’t worry, I will talk to my boss and make you a HUGEEEEE discount, when she said that I thought they would make at least 10 or 15% discount, even tho I have mentioned i had 60+ trucks in the company and would bring all my fleet to use their service. They said, oh yeah for sure, we will give you the best discount nobody would give. The girl made me sign the paper with the original quote to start the work, I said where is the discount, she was like ohhhh don’t worry, just sign and you will see the discount at the end. It took them 3 days for all the job to be finished, however, they have promised it would be ready next day. When i went to pick up my truck she only made $150 discount, I was like, where is the HUGEEEEEE discount as you promised, she was like, oh lemme talk to my boss, and do my best, which she couldn’t do anything and made me pay the bill at the end even we had a HUGEEEE argument. She is such a rude, unprofessional girl, and a BIG LIAR! Dont believe her and dont even take your truck there and dont get fooled! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Today I took my truck to repair a couple of things, everyone took their time to explain what I should change and fix. They have reasonable prices and are a really good and fast service. I’ve been in lots of workshops and Okey has been the only one to solve and make the alignment of my truck correctly.

VERY OVERPRICED SHOP! PM service with Synthetic oil is almost $700 when other charge $450-500. Forced regen $450 😳😳 When others charge $150. Truck wash inside and out $400 😳 when others do for $100-120. Even if you buy tire from them they charge $60 for installation, $60 for balance and $30 for disposal. Shop supply $80 (dont even know whats that) Processing fee $150 (dont even know whats that either) I took their estimate to other shops around and its $1000-1500 difference, Do not use their service! They should not do business in Orlando! Bunch of Liars!!!

Very polite receptionist, excellent prices on used virgin tires. I got Bridgestone trailer with 80% tread for $125 and Michelin steer with uneven tread wear for $100, unbeatable prices! They also offer all other mechanical and body work. Don't bring a trailer unless you're doing work on it.
