Wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. Went here for awhile then had them “repair” some stuff, and with their repairs I ran into more issues. So I gave them a call and they said “we told you we couldn’t get the parts so we did the best we can, you should have taken It to a dealership” well why did you accept my car in the first place… Who knows how much they charged my insurance. If you want a GREAT mechanic Z Brothers.. it’s right down the road maybe 2 mins. The people who run old Bustleton just want to get rich they don’t care about you. I promise!

How the heck do these shifty characters have a four star rating? They deserve exactly zero. Unnecessary and overpriced repairs are the rule. The good reviews must be from relatives and/or naive, uninformed consumers. This dump does not have a Ye*lp page because it is harder to post fake reviews there. This shop is very dishonest in my experience. Do NOT be fooled!

I brought my car here because someone attempted to steal my car. They smashed my window and ruined the steering column. I’m not one to leave reviews but I just had to for this shop. Joe and colleen are amazing people and really care about their customers. joe did a great job on the repairs and Colleen had Such a great attitude every time I talked to her whether it was in person or over the phone. This will now be my go to place when I need any work done. Thank you for the amazing service🙏🏼🙏🏼

I didn't have a appointment they told me what time to come in I went in I dropped off the keys and they gave me a call when the car was ready and the service was excellent

I dropped off my vehicle this past Tuesday. The woman at the front desk mentioned she had a few cars prior to mine and I was fine w it. Wednesday I had called her immediately after my brother contacted her regarding my vehicle. First she lied to my brother stating that there's there's no vehicle like that their. She was very condescending saying "Your not the only car I have" and I told her - I understand - I'm just curious to see if the mechanic was able to look at it. Prior to that she said ill blend it in this week. Which again - No real response. I'm here trying to genuinely ask her so that I can figure out my transportation to work as far as how many days I won't be with my own vehicle. I have taken my car to this mechanic shop prior. After they checked the issue- I told her - let me think bout it. When calling her back for that part to get fixed -Again condescending behavior saying "Are you going to get it done or not?" I'm not sure if she is just miserable, not feeling well or the stress is getting to her with multiple vehicles being there, but there's no reason to treat anyone like that- Absolutely None! I came back as a customer trusting this business, but her arrogance tops the chart.

Joe & Colleen are the best there is !! They have worked on (8) vehicles for my family over the years.. They tell you the truth about what's wrong with you car, offer you options and never try to shove any repair work down your throat. Most businesses try to (UPSELL YOU) on repair work. NOT OLD BUSTLETON..... They actually run an honest business !! WHO DOES THAT NOWADAYS ??? I love them !!!

my elderly mother has been getting her car serviced here for decades and they are always extra fair, extremely honest and give her the respect one would hope a women in their 80s would get.( yet, not common in this new world often anymore!) So, i too began using this station for my yearly insoection, oil changes, brakes and a few other things that happened with my car. Just like my mom I get honest, quality work at very fair prices! Its hard just finding an honest , trustworthy repair person in any field. these days too- so when i do - I SHOUT IT OUT to not only all my friends, BUT also you reading this! I want others to know the exact wonderful experience abd feeling i get when i leave this establishment! i have never left feeling i had been taken as so many past srrvicestations left me in my past,! VERY HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
