Filing a complain with the attorney General. These people put me out over 1900 dollars. Failed to mention a possible blown head gasket and performed work on my car including brake pads and rotors thermostat and radiator flush. After taking it back to them three times because it still had the original issue of running above operating temp. They claimed they could not recreate the issue. They even falsified the mileage on the paperwork. Why? I do not know. I took it to another mechanic and he performed a block test confirming it was a blown head gasket. Weeks of using all my free time to deal with these people could have been saved with a little bit of honesty. No matter how you look at it I was completely taken advantage of by this place of business and I don’t want it to happen to anyone else. If you don’t have money to throw at these liars I would go down the road. I don’t know how they sleep at night. They also wanted to sell me a used tire for 60$ because mine had a screw in it. I pulled the screw out myself and it wasn’t long enough to penetrate the tire and cause a leak. Funny.

I have never taken my car there, however, they provide lots of car wash fund raisers for the local community, great job.

Everyone take your car to Old Town Tire Auto bc they provide speedy superior service! Valerie was candid regarding the timeline of diagnosing my car and its repair, and took time to fully explain to me the issue. Thanks for the photo of the specific auto part replaced! The whole team was kind and professional. I'm visiting ABQ, so I also appreciated restaurant recommendations! I highly recommended Old Town Tire and Auto!

Huge shout out to Alfredo and Valerie! My family and I were staying at the hotel next door when I noticed that my transmission filter was leaking. They got me taken care of in record speed. So thankful to stumble across such a friendly and professional shop on our trip. Thanks again for all the help!

Estoy 100% agradecida con el servicio de valerie y sus empleados alfredo y creo que Aldo ,yo solo hablo español pero valerie hizo todo lo posible para comunicarse conmigo,con un poco de mi inglés y un poco del español de valerie y con traductor ,mucha paciencia y en ningún momento me sentí incomoda con ello al contrario me brindo confianza y ayuda pudieron reparar mi auto con éxito y en todo momento recibiendo comunicación de su reparación definitivamente si en algún futuro necesita reparación mi auto sin dudar lo llevare a Old Town Tire & Automotive

Had a flat tire on street just in front of this business. Pulled into their lot to put on my spare. While I was working, I asked a quick question of a tech who was passing by and clearly had no work he was attending to (if the release for the spare was under the carpet) and he said I'd have to pay him for him to answer me. Despite their claims otherwise, this is not a business of good community members or coprorate citizens. Unfriendly and unhelpful. Give your business to anyone else.

Love this place, it’s people and dogs. While passing through Albuquerque my cars electrical system shut down. I called around and was told “by appointment only” until this shop. Now as someone that doesn’t live here that’s a frightening prospect. This shop toke my car immediately and within a shot period had figured out the issues and fixed them. Should I ever have issues again in this area I would call this shop. Thanks again for your excellent service.

OH MY GAWSH!!! I am absolutely blown away by the level of professionalism, quality work, and care that I recieved at Old Town Tire and Automotive! Valerie went the extra mile to help me resolve my issue! She worked tirelessly to find solutions. Her level of care helped bring me so much peace of mind during a very stressful situation. I truly believe that if everyone in this world did their jobs as well as Valerie and the rest of the crew at this shop, then the world would be a much better place! I'm so grateful for the amazing suppport and service that I recieved here. I just wish I had found them sooner! I can't recommend these guys enough!

Valarie and her staff went above and beyond to assist us with the breakdown of our car on our cross country journey. We coasted into Albuquerque with the car beeping for 2 hours and many errors lights blinking. Toyota was of no help but Valarie was honest about everything. Best case scenario, worst case scenario, etc. we had to extend our stay by a day and a half but Valarie and her staff got the parts, completed the work as quickly as possible, and were so kind to let us leave our belongings so that we didn’t have to carry everything to our hotel. If you are a local to Albuquerque, or in need of anything passing through, I highly recommend Old town, tire and automotive. These wonderful people treated us like family and made sure that we were OK and had a place to stay as well as fixing our vehicle to get us back on the road as quick as possible! Many many thanks, Valarie!! Hugs from your FL girls!!

Called for front break pads job for my car and was quoted 400-800 that’s if my rotors are good if not could be more smh sounds like rip offs to me not even pep boys or jiffy lube is trying to charge me that much

Great place to take your vehicle. My transmission went out, they handled it thru my 3rd party warranty. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend to anyone looking for an honest auto shop. Friendly and great customer service. Always kept me updated.

Hi Old Town, You don't have me in your system yet you know exactly who I am. You are a clown! We have been customers of yours for 7 years and have refereed family and friends to your "business". You sure know who I am when your running my credit card. The truck was towed into your shop for a diagnostic only because it did not START!!! Why would you do an oil change on a truck that doesn't start lol. And that we never requested. Point proven what a scam your business is. Thanks for charging me for an oil change that never happened on a truck that didn't start. You sure did not have a problem with it being parked there for over a week the last time it was there, when you dragged out the diagnostic. Every time you have charged a different price for the same service. Weird. Enjoy my money and have a great day ripping people off : )

I had a blow out on the freeway and drove on my rim into the shop after hours. The next morning I was blocking the driveway and they were so understanding. Not only were they not rude they didn't even stress me about getting my tires from them. They looked at my tires and gave me expert advice about my tires being unsafe. I am so thankful they were caring and kind.

My 4Runner broke down on Interstate 40 and I was towed to Old Town Tire and Automotive. They immediately showed their professionalism and concern for my situation and gave me confidence. They were able to make the repairs and get me back on the road. The staff and mechanics earned my trust and confidence!

My car wasn’t working last weekend beginning August so I call Valerie to pick up my car on Monday which they did. She was tell me it was the battery connection but the staff was so sweet and kind and also Valerie and she told me what was wrong with my car? I do appreciate the concern that she helped me out a lot, you’ll be seeing me regularly for my oil change in the near future But I’m glad because my car is back and is working wonderfully. You guys are the best.🚗❤️

Should be zero stars. This is the worst auto repair shop. The owners are super friendly when they are taking your money but if you choose not to go through with a repair they get nasty and will not give you time to remove your vehicle. They also did not provide an estimate on how much the repair would cost or a detailed report on what was wrong with the vehicle. Everything was word of mouth, nothing in writing, super sketchy Old Town! Also way overpriced for just looking at a vehicle! Almost $700.00 just to look at it. Really? Stay Away from this Place!!!!

Traveling on the 40 through New Mexico and our car crapped out on us just West of Albuquerque. AAA towed us the 70 miles into town and the driver recommended Old Town to us. They are right off the 40 on Rio Grand in Albuquerque which was convenient. Valerie and the team were great. She was very nice and even went to the extent of calling another customer and asking if they were okay to put off there repair for a day so that they could get to ours. This is way above and beyond. Thanks to whomever was okay waiting another day to help my family get back on the road. Also a big thanks to Valerie for going above and beyond. I was also impressed with their knowledge of BMW's.. Some shops wouldn't even work on my car. Would recommend Old Town to anyone local or traveling like we are.

Uff, I cannot say enough about Miss Valerie, the front desk attendant. She was so helpful and informative, she kept me up to date with my cars repair progress. The only reason I stopped at this shop was because my car started sputtering out and this was the closest place I could find. This place is about a 30 min drive from my house but I'm definitely bringing my car back here for the tune-up. Thank you for your help in getting my car up and running again, it runs better than ever before.
