Not sure why some reviews of Dusty are low. He has been a godsend to me more than once now. Needed a whole set of tires and told him my budget, he matched me with exactly what I needed and got me in as soon as they arrived. It took multiple conversations on the phone with me for me to move forward, and never once did he lose patience or kindness. I came back in for my complimentary services that come with buying tires from Olin Mott. Great experience. Now I wake up with a random (completely unrelated to anything with my service) and Dusty (during a very busy morning) sees my concern and jumps in my car to personally listen to the noise. We get back to the store and he sees an open bay and tells his guys to pull it in and lift it to get to the bottom of it. As a younger female with no family in town, I feel like I have about a dozen “dads” to watch out for me. Turns out, a rock bounced up inside my control arm. Thanks, construction! Thanks, Dusty and Olin Mott!

Called the shop thinking I needed four new tires. Dusty asked me to bring the car by to check them out before ordering. I let him check the car out and he told me that I had a few months left on my tread. I appreciated the honesty and customer service when he could have easily sold me four new tires now. I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest tire place.

Absolutely terrible experience at Olin Mott on West Kennedy. “Dusty's” attitude was beyond rude and aggressive, and the work done on my car was a disaster. They charged full price for unsafe and incorrectly done repairs, including putting parts on upside down. Which was only brought to my attention from Mazda themself when I brought my car in there for something else. Dusty was simply unprofessional and completely dismissive. Avoid this place at ALL costs. Zero stars for service and quality.

Tried to charge 700 dollars for rear brake job. Absolute ridiculous. My wife went to pick up car because I refused to pay that much and was charged 50 dollar “inspection fee” . They didn’t need to inspect because I knew what it needed before wife took vehicle in. Do yourself a favor and call around before you take your car to these people. Guy I spoke to said they use the good parts. LOL what a joke. I say again 700 dollars for a rear brake job pads and rotors . Go somewhere else.

Best Tire place around. I have bought tires there. Good price on quality tires (Pirellis). Yesterday I had a very inconvenient flat. They were able to squeeze me in, get it fixed and not disrupt our trip. Got it done in half the time I was told it would take. Dusty is always friendly.

As a new customer I would check other auto shops. I think they took advantage of me. Lots of add on charges , fees . Paid to diagnose the problem I reported . Repairs were done at a high cost but the major problem was not identified. After the repairs my car still had the same problem I reported. Had to bring my car to my locale mechanic to repair. Olin Mott wanted to put on new tires which would have not solved the problem since the struts and shocks were worn out causing damage to the tires.

Excellent service and honest. I took my car first to a competitor Tires plus, and tried to con me with having to replace 2 tires because of flat, supposedly they could not plug the flat. Olin fixed the flats and gave excellent service.

Had a flat tire, found some type of screw or nail embedded in my tire, they passed my tire within 15 minutes I was on my way, thanks for the great service

Had a nail in my tire. Spoke to Matt, and dropped it off within the hour. They fixed the tire, and I was on my way! Great customer service and quality work!

I heard a lot of good things about this store... Unfortunately, what I heard and what I experienced were two different things. I first went to their website where I requested an online appointment. I never got an email confirming the date I requested. I then used their online instant quote by putting in my vehicle tire size, then picked the tires I wanted. A set of four Cooper CS5 Ultra Touring in which they emailed me a "Total out the door" price of $872.86. After two days not receiving an email about my appointment, I called them to schedule a day/time. I spoke with a someone at the store on Kennedy, and said I had requested an appointment online and was waiting for a conformation. He said they don't take appointments, but when would you like to come in... I then asked for prices for four tires, he quoted me a set of tires for just over a $1,000. I then asked about the Cooper CS5 Ultra Touring, which he said he had those but they were slightly more, ~$1,100. I then said I completed an online quote for the Cooper tires for $872.86 which he said that he could not honor that price as their was a price increase and if you want an accurate price for tires, you need to call in... I just did another online price quote on their website, They still are quoting $872.86... Bait in switch, I do not recommend this tire store.

If I could give this place zero Stars I would. What an absolute awful experience! I will never come back here. I had a nail in my tire. I came in to have it repaired and it cost me $287 because they broke the lug nuts and the nuts. They told me whoever put the donut on my car missed threaded the screws and bolts. My husband is 70 years old and used an automatic tire tool so that this didn't happen. And then it took more than two hours. Because they didn't have them in stock. By the time I left this place I was in tears NEVER AGAIN!

Scary experience after expressing disappointment with a delay in getting a new tire. I had previosly explained that I was helping a friend with a medical issue and needed my car. Dusty Cox, Store Manager, started ranting and repeatedly shouting that he obviously wasn't as perfect as I was. When I asked him to stop, he shouted at me to "Shut Up". I would stay far away from Olin Mott Tires.

The employees at this location were very helpful in answering questions and fixing up my flat tire in a quick and efficient manner. They also helped me decide on new tires by comparing pricing strategies for the best deal possible, wether it was at their location or not, which shows they have the customers best interests in mind.

Visited store on 12/9/22. My full size spare tire was stolen from my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The store manager refused to review himself or show me the security footage and stated his employees didn't even go in the rear of the vehicle. I ended up speaking to the President of the company and he stated the employee did in fact go into the rear of the vehicle by the video footage he reviewed, but he didn't take the tire. All my belongings were in thrown in the back seat that were in the rear of the vehicle. I highly DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle to Olin Mott! Please check to see if the spare tire is there when you drop it off and when you pick it up. PLEASE BEWARE!

Customer service was great when I dropped my tire off to be repaired. it was a bit pricy for a tire patch at $41.00 asked about nitrogen charge and was told they do have it but was not on my repair ticket and was not put in when the tire was not fully inflated for the psi of my truck.

I go there all the time not only are they my friends they are my choice of service center because of the quality and professionalism of what they provide after all it's your car your safety your family your well-being and your comfort your trust and reliability of something so expensive should not take a second please position it should always be a first place position if it's broke fix it that's what they do 10 Stars
