Was here a month ago to diagnose a clicking noise when turning, the mechanics told me it was a worn wheel bearing. They won't press out a wheel bearing but could replace the whole knuckle. I said no thanks and they charged me $65 for the diagnosis. I had another shop replace my bearing for just under $600 and guess what.....that wasn't even the problem it was still clicking. Olive Fee Fee Auto incorrectly diagnosed my problem, charged me for it, and i spent a ton of money replacing the wrong part. Eventually I got it correctly diagnosed at Acura as a worn CV joint so now I also have to pay to get that replaced. Avoid this shop.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I came in because of a very loud noise coming from my wheels. In less than 2 days they had it diagnosed and repaired and I was driving away in a car that is now 100% silent. The dealership couldn’t even make an appointment to look at my car for a month and I walked in here with no appointment. Andrew was amazing and the customer service was great. This is my new go-to spot for anything auto repair and it should be yours too.

Went here for some suspension work. The mechanic diagnosed everything quickly and gave me a call and explained everything. Honesty is something that’s hard to come by nowadays in the mechanical industry and I appreciate it when I see it. Fixed my problem and had me on my way in no time! Thanks guys!

Went in for a simple patch repair on a tire, since then I have had a leak in said tire. I took it back less than a week later to have them look at it and was told there was no issue and no leak. I have had to fill this tire now 5 times within 2 weeks so I took it to another autobody shop who told me that the previous mechanic failed to patch my tire correctly. Due to this, each tire has been filled incorrectly both times I took it into this shop resulting in damage to my alignment. This shop has completely lost my trust and I would recommend not putting your car into their hands either.

They have any longer chairs and books for you to read but they don't let you wait. Pennsylvania have a bench out front they won't let you sit there either can you make sure you think that what are they doing what they don't want people. I know for sure when the guys was smoking cigarettes in the bay

I highly recommend this place! Just stop by and they got me in and out quick. I had a slow leak in my front tire. They were extremely friendly, professional and recommended what was needed for future fixes on the vehicle. Thanks!

I’ve went to this shop a few times and have had zero problems, so some people’s bad experiences are to be taken with a grain of salt as them potentially not getting the news they had hoped for & wanting to scapegoat. The service is immediate upon entering and everyone’s vehicles are serviced as soon as they possibly can, with updates through phone calls once certain issues are found so you’re not sidelined by anything or bamboozled into bad decisions. If you need car repairs, I highly recommend supporting this local business and giving them a chance!

This is a very good shop, and this was my second time coming in. Andrew kept me updated throughout the process of getting my hubs installed, and explained everything very professionally to me, even when I was being a little unreasonable. The car runs fantastic now. But more importantly than anything else, Andrew is just a good guy. Whenever you are dealing with someone honest like that, you are always inclined to come back. Don't take my word for it, just see for yourself. 🙏

I don’t know enough about this auto repair shop. We just moved into the area. But, the guy at the counter was very, very friendly. We just got an inspection on a 2000 Chevy Silverado. We’ll go back if we need car repairs.

I've used Olive Fee Fee Auto Care twice now for emissions testing and inspection and they are great. I went in this evening expecting to have to drop my vehicle off and come back the next day, but they managed to squeeze me in without being asked and were very prompt, polite, and professional. I would definitely recommend and will be going back again for future auto issues.

Stop to get a quote for stuts and tires. Some guy named Adam refused to give quote without me dropping it off for a thorough exam to ensure that is what the car need. Strange business approach. I don't trust this approach.

These guys are a good simple honest shop that is no bullsh*t. They generally charge much less than the surrounding big mechanics and are much nicer. You know you’re at a good honest mechanic when you actually get to talk to the mechanic and not some person in a white collar uniform at a shiny desk.

Definitely the best experience I've had at an a business dealing with cars. exceptional staffing who were very knowledgeable and honest about the price and everything going on with my vehicle Id highly recommend olive and fee to all my friends and family Definitely a breathe of fresh air from your usual automotive places like valvoline and dobbs these guys and girls know what they're doing 👍

I had our car towed here but found it the transmission went out so they couldn’t fix it but they were incredibly kind. Andrew went out of his way to let me park the car in the lot and gave me his best recommendations for where to go for the transmission as well as offered to personally drive me if I needed a ride. Incredibly kind and professional- Trust them to take good care of you because they did for me knowing I wasn’t paying them anything.

I had to drop off my car after hours, and I received clear communication the next day. The team at Olive Fee Fee called me several times to explain what was going on, broke down my bill and explained what all of the fees were so there were no surprises, and checked with me before adding any services. Very pleased with my experience here and will return to do routine maintenance.

I’m very skeptical of auto shops but decided to give this shop a chance as it is in my community.. Unfortunately my experience was exactly what I feared it would be. I was told that a new battery was the fix to my issue. I was told the battery was installed(without my consent) and the car was ready for pick up. I arrived at the shop and paid my bill for the battery. I went to my vehicle only to find out it would not start(same issue as before). Prior to having my car towed to the shop. I called and informed that I thought I had a starter issue. I was told they would diagnose and let me know if it was something they could handle if not they would refer me elsewhere. After going back and forth with the tech and them offering to just put my old battery back and I could take my car elsewhere (out of frustration). The mechanic states that they will runs some diagnostic and see what the issue is .. which is what I initially thought was being done vs just guessing it was the battery. (200.00 dollars.) I agreed to finally do the diagnostic to only hours later receive a call saying “your car started again so do you want to pick it up. No mention of diagnostic I guess they gave up. Out of kindness or eagerness to get car off their hands, because I was not nearby the shop was ok with dropping the car off to my home which was a mile away. I was thankful for that but still have same issue and a 200.00 battery I may not even needed. I remain skeptical unfortunately after this experience. I didn’t expect for a shop to guess I thought shops would find out for sure. I would recommend this shop for maybe simple jobs (brakes,battery,wiper blades). But not sure about diagnostics. As a footnote my battery was less than a year old and still under warranty…

I had 2 cars break down in 24 hours and one of them I just so happened to be at this intersection when my car called it quits. With tears in my eyes and two kids in tow, they reassured me that they would have a diagnosis for me in the next 2 days (they were super busy and I had no appointment). We were talking about all the worst case scenarios because I have bad luck, and as a woman it's so difficult to be taken seriously at a repair shop. They called 2 days later and informed me that not only did they fix it, but it was a very minor issue and was VERY inexpensive to fix. A lesser shop may have taken me for a ride just because they could, but these guys were honest, kind, and professional. After telling me about the repair and resetting my check engine light, they educated me on what to look for, what type of fluid to use, and even recommended the next steps (some transmission work) to a reputable shop nearby. I would 100% take my car back to these mechanics. Thank you so so much for getting me back on the road safely!
