My fiance called this repair shop and was quoted a reasonable price to replace the starter on our vehicle. We had the vehicle towed there at 11am and were promised our vehicle would be completed by end of business day. Around 3pm after hearing nothing we called back and were told it hadn’t even been started. My fiance expressed to the woman receptionist how displeased we were because we needed our vehicle back by end of day. She spoke with the mechanic and guaranteed our vehicle would be completed by close of business. It was also mentioned that our headlight was out & he said he would replace it for us (no price was discussed) . @ 4:58 he called to let me know my vehicle was complete and that they closed at 5pm so I needed to hurry up and get my vehicle (i live in Hanover county and rushed to get there.) when my fiancé and I arrived our vehicle wasn’t even completed. We sat there for about 30 mins with our children who were restless in the car. Once the vehicle was complete my fiancé went in to pay & our total had an additional $100 for replacing the bulb. My fiancé questioned the pricing feeling it was unreasonable however he pulled out his card to pay and this is when the Asian man got irate and began screaming about his prices and how they were correct. He threatened to call the police on us and was very rude. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Also, my HIGHBEAMS are no longer working. This company lures you in for a low price but when you get there things will change.

Well it’s a Chinese men in there he is very disrespectful. I paid a good price to get my starter fixed on my truck an I asked can he put a new head light bulb in my car he did that an he charged me 150 dollars for that an got so upset that I asked why so much for a light bulb. was ready to fight me I will never go back to this place poor service. I don’t recommend at all

This is the go to place for any of your automotive needs. Adam is very knowledgeable and trustworthy! He can fix any every brand of vehicle with the most difficult and common problems. He has all the equipment needed to do the job correctly not just patch work like most mechanics. He is honest enough to say what’s worth fixing and not worth fixing instead of just taking your money. I highly recommend this shop to anyone
