I cant say enough about the professionalism, knowledge and honesty of Olympic Auto and Truck Service center! This was my first visit to this facility as I have to travel about 20 minutes from my home. However, to find honest service personnel like John and Ronnie are hard to find! They completed the work earlier than expected and also at a less than quoted price!! I highly recommend this facility for all your Automotive and Truck needs! We will be back for future required Maintenance on our Acura TLX and Ford Ranger .

The guys at Olympic were awesome. I went in for a major service on my vehicle that was recommended by another mechanic, and they recommended a diagnostic to make sure the problem wasn't something else. After running the diagnostic they discovered a problem that only cost a few hundred dollars to fix, when I thought I was going to have to spend several thousand. I appreciate they were looking out for me as the customer instead of just their bottom line. Will definitely use them again.

My first time bringing my car to Olympic and I will absolutely be using them again. I had an issue with my car battery and despite having a lot of appointments they were able to fit me in, get the issue fixed, and have the car back to me within a couple of hours. Very professional and very helpful.

This crew worked on my 2013 FIAT Abarth which had several performance issues. Their troubleshooting and subsequent repairs totally restored the Abarth’s legendary performance and responsiveness. Great timely work at a very reasonable cost.

Finding a trustworthy repair shop has been especially important to me, since my father died. Olympic Auto is just that. Most mechanics will not work with Fiats, but there was no hesitation here. I was frustrated from my initial search for a shop and dreading an astronomical bill, but finding this shop was a weight off my shoulders. They certainly saved me a significant amount of money. From the start, Ronnie said, “I got you,” and he did! He was honest, communicated and explained every step along the way. He went the extra mile to secure parts to make my repairs more affordable. The commitment to excellent customer service is clear and I’ll be a customer as long as I’m driving!

Made an appointment for the 29th to get a car inspection done. Called few days later to see if I could bring it in on the 22nd instead. They said sure “we can squeeze you in”. I’d assumed I’d have to wait a while, but from the moment I got there, they asked me what I wanted done, I explained it to them and they got to work. Owner (I believe) came by and thoroughly explained to me what my car needed (which was great). I asked if it could get done same day and they said sure. Overall the service was done in a very timely manner and I’m definitely coming back again to get my car serviced.

Ronnie and his team took great care of my Fiat 500. I've had other shops in the city refuse to work on my Fiat or do half-hearted work and hit a wall when it comes to ordering parts, but Olympic Auto was happy to work on my car and did quality work. They were professional, honest, and had great customer service. It's a relief to find a shop as good as this one, I’m looking forward to returning here for routine maintenance and any other issues that come up. They even went the extra mile to spend extra time working on rewiring my rear lights to save me what would have been a $1200 repair. I would recommend this shop to anyone if you are looking for honest work at a fair price, you will be in good hands!!

I have been getting my cars serviced and repaired for more than fifty years and used numerous shops to do that work. I have a 2008 luxury vehicle that I wanted to get restored so it would be "like new." I was referred to Olympic by the owner of a first class body shop. The owner of Olympic is very experienced and runs a top of the line shop. He and his employees strive for excellence. And he is honest. Even reduced my bill when he found an error on the estimate. Has done a great job on my car.

So glad I found this place ! It can be intimidating as a woman to find a mechanic that you deem trustworthy and won’t take advantage of you but this spot has been transparent and forthcoming with information from the beginning. Ronnie is also really helpful and breaks down the mechanics of the process so I understand better. You’ll be in good hands here.

Best auto repair shop in Baltimore. I’ve taken my vehicle to John’s shop whenever I’ve had a a problem. He and his team are polite, informative, and especially quick start repairs. Their work is impeccable and I’ve never had cause to make a follow up visit because they always get the job right that first time. I won’t take my car anywhere else for repairs.

Had a transmission put in at another shop but still had same problem thought it was a computer problem so I took it to Olympic to have it diagnosed and they discovered the transmission put in didn't have a filter installed .Olympic was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the situation needless to say I have found my mechanic for life for all my vehicles. I was found this shop because of their amazing reviews and am glad to say that those reviews were accurate. They were professional, courteous, and even took the time to realign my emergency brake release which was slightly wonky. I plan to bring my other vehicle in as well when it needs servicing. Great job from a new customer!

Olympic Auto was quick in finding the time to let us take our car in for the much needed repair. They looked at the engine/alternator & called us back in a timely fashion to tell us what was wrong and how much the cost would be. Once we gave the ok, our car was ready the next day for pickup. We did take our car to the dealer to find out what was wrong, but Olympic Auto did a more thorough check & gave us a much more reasonable price than the dealer! We definitely will use them again (if needed) on our car & truck for future car repair or maintenance needs! Thank you, Milton & Emily

I called Olympic after being turned down by multiple auto shops who wouldn’t look at our Alfa Romeo Stelvio. The dealership told us our drive shaft had a crack on it and that it would take $3,500 to fix. Ronnie at Olympic told me to bring the car in the next day so they could take a quick look and confirm the issue. Lo and behold, the guys took a good look at the car (unscrewed shaft covers and all) to tell us that there was nothing wrong with the shaft. Thank you, Ronnie, John, and the rest of the guys at Olympic for being helpful and more importantly — for being honest!! We will definitely be coming back here to have our cars serviced.

My initial review was a one star because of miscommunication with the shop about the appointment. I'm glad the owner reads the reviews and that he gave me a call. I have been at this place twice. Both times there was body work and painting involved in the service. I can say only one thing. These guys do a magnificent job and this is by far the best place in the Baltimore area. The place is organized. No tolls on the floors and everything is where it belongs too. When you enter the shop there is a really unique presence of handmade car decoration on the walls and the atmosphere feels just nice. My first visit was maybe 5-6 years ago and the same crew is still working there. I believe they have been very well taken care of. The prices are lower than the other places I got the quotes from but the quality to price ratio Is unmatched. Good job Olympic auto. I hope I see some expansion in the near future.

One of the worse experiences I have ever had regarding service. I brought my Audi in to check for an oil leak and to change the oil. Per Olympic "bone dry no leaks". Drove back the same day after the oil change and oil all over the engine and a puddle under the car. The Engine oil filter housing unit was damaged had to be replaced. Spoke to the Owner John who was combative and arrogant. John would not take responsibility for his service. Very poor customer service. I will never use his shop again and would advise against it.

These guys saved me and my wife thousands of dollars. Very transparent and courteous. So glad we found an honest, local shop where we can have our vehicles serviced and maintained. Nobody else we called would touch or look at our Alfa Romeo. They know what they are doing and will prove it to you. Thank you to the entire team that took great care of us today!

Went in for a flat repair, and asked them to check out a noose I was hearing. They found that my tire was about to tall off due to faulty work from another shop. They not only fixed it, but got it running much better, and they gave me a great price on it.
