The staff at the 84th&L location were very friendly and helpful. Had my alternator fixed and the battery replaced somewhere else. Shortly afterward, the battery indicator light would intermittently come on. The other place didn't tighten the belt or bolts as they should have. The guys at Omaha Car Care fixed this

I am from out of town and was having a slow starting car. I replaced the battery 13 months ago so I was worried it was the alternator. I went to AutoZone to check my battery and they said it was my alternator. . Omaha Car Care gave me a loaner car and checked out all my systems and confirmed that it was indeed a faulty battery and not my alternator. They could have taken me for the price of a replacement alternator, but they were honest and didn’t even charge me anything! My battery is under warranty so I will get it replaced with the business that put it in 13 months ago. I will definitely use Omaha Care Care for service in the future! Great customer service and integrity!

I've been here a couple times and so far every time it really seems like the team is honest and the prices are fair. Seems like a very legitimate shop, the staff and techs have been good every time. Hard to find a shop like this, I dont know about the other locations, I feel like its the team not the brand thats doing a great job.

Saw my tire light was on again after filling it last night and saw the dreaded nail in the tread. Called Omaha Car Care and they helped me right away. They even fixed the hole for free which I was not expecting. Brent and Nick provided amazing service and I have nothing but good things to say about this location. I'm very thankful.

After years of going to another auto repair store, Omaha Car Care was able to diagnose an ongoing issue I had with my a/c that other places claimed they couldn’t find. Customer service is 10/10 and staff is knowledgeable and reliable!

Everyone is nice. I had so many issues with my car leaking oil. All fixed, and they gave me a call about a week later to check in on the car. Doctors don't even do that anymore .

Excellent, excellent service. I came in with a hole in one of my tires and they took care of it, no problem. Came back today to have my tires rotated and experienced the same level of care. I was even running late and there seemed to be some sort of scheduling mixup, but they assured me they would fit me in and take care of it (which they did). The gentlemen at the counter treated me with kindness and respect. I was so amazed with their service that it was the first thing I told my husband about when he got home from work. Some of the best service I’ve received in many years, and I will be happy to return and give them my business in the future.

I am very happy with the work that Omaha Car Care on 84th and L does on my vehicle. They go out of their way to help you. I had my car there a few days ago for a brake issue and they were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed quickly without no charge. You wouldn't get that type of service anywhere else. Tom and Mike at the front counter are amazing and so friendly.

I had a noise coming from my muffler and I brought it in and they said it was a loose screw, they fixed it for nothing and was done in 5 minutes. Can't wait to come work with them again

Thank you so much for taking care of my vehicle and doing the right thing! I had an issue with my vehicle a month ago and it was resolved by Omaha Car Care, however at about a month there was something going on with my car and my check engine light was on. I brought it here and it turns out it was related to the first visit so they fixed it without a charge!! I was so worried about how I would be able to afford another fix so soon and the guys here said since it was related to the first issue so closely they didn't feel it would be right to charge me again. Any other place would have stuck me with a large bill and made the profit. This is why my family and I have gone here for many years and more to come. We always get treated right! Thank you again for doing the right thing and helping me out with this issue. I'm so grateful there are good business people left.

Why do I love Omaha Car Care? Let me count the ways. But first…a story. I’m getting ready for a vacation from Illinois to Omaha. Suitcase? Check. AirBnB? Check. Gas In the car? Check. But you know what I forgot? Check engine lights. So wouldn’t you know it… I drive 450 miles to Omaha. And my truck starts acting up. We pull into Omaha car care shortly before closing. Omaha car care answered our questions politely and diagnosed the problem. They fixed my truck quickly, so we could enjoy the rest of our Omaha vacation. I will never forget how nice they were and helpful they were.
