Polite. Honest. Knowledgeable. Not pushy. The waiting area is welcoming and clean. There is coffee, a TV, comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, and sometimes a little Hot Wheels car for kids to keep. A lady came in to drop off her car and needed a lift back to work. There was no hesitation in offering her a ride. The customer service here is the best I've experienced.

Thanks guys for being so nice when I randomly walked in with a nail in my tire. Patched it right there in 20 minutes. That great customer service had me come back for my brakes a few weeks later. They let me know of other issues and were honest about which issues could be done at a later time. Also gave an estimated time frame so I could plan what to get fixed sooner than later. By not being pushy or shady it guaranteed that I would definitely return . Thanks so much!!!

Omaha car care has taken care of my van multiple times. This time my van gave him lots of Trouble and they stood behind their quote even though the job took 3x as long as expected. They are always amazing to work with and I'm so impressed! They also don't talk down to women which is a huge plus!

It is good in general, but the last visit was challenging. Left the car there and we agreed what should be done in the care according to there expertise. Later they texted, that another problems are found, for about $2k. It was out of budget. Some work was decided, but still charged $550. Next early morning had a text, that by mistake it was overcharge, and they will return money

Last week I was in omaha for work. On my way back home in rush hour traffic I begin to have steering issues. Not realizing it was a tire I was able to slowly turn off on the 144th st exit. Not far in i reached this wonderful place of business! They were great and did NOT speak to me like I was stupid because I was a woman. They quickly let me know the problem. Advised they did not have a tire in stock. But, put my donut spare on. So I could take back roads back to Lincoln. When I went to pay they would not take any payment. They stated they were "happy to help" what a great customer service and overall experience. Not to mention their shop is beautiful. Thanks again!! I cannot say enough good things!!

Outstanding service. Excellent customer service. Had previous issue. The owner called me personally and asked for another chance to earn and keep my business. They exceeded in their professionalism and performance. Definitely earned me and my families future car service needs.

I heard great things about OCC, so when we had an issue with our car, it was the place I went to. I didn't think I'd have such a negative opinion of this place as I do now. When they first looked at my car, they were able to get me an estimate in an hour of what needed to be done. I made an appointment for ten days later, but when I dropped my car off, I was told they needed to get the part, and it'd be a couple hours for it to show up. It seems to me they could have gotten it the week before my appointment. I called 4 hours after I dropped my car off, they still hadn't gotten the part. Finally got the call after 6 hours that my car was done. When I picked it up, the bumper cover wasn't installed correctly, then had to wait for them to fix the job that they said was done. Their mission statement is to build relationships with their clients that show they "value their time." Clearly, it's not the case with me. I won't return to Omaha Car Care, and will tell anyone who asks me not to go there.

Exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Fair pricing in my opinion for what I had done, and I was able to get in the same day for my needs. Truly grateful. There is good, hardworking people here.

I have gone to them for 20 years now, this time to figure out how to replace 4 tires on a budget, as well as figuring out other needed maintenance costs. Cheerful, friendly, helpful and supportive would describe what I was met with, and I now have a plan for getting my new-to-me car in good shape. 🙂

tried to get an estimate for part replacement on my chevy truck. wanted to compare price for labor costs compared to dealer. was told it would probably be the same as the dealer. when I asked how much they just repeated about the same as dealer price.

I am in shock I went to do my oil change at Midas to do oil change my dashboard odometer is not working and they just change the fuse which they did not charge me for but Omaha care did an estimation of $1500 I'm like wow I've been coming to this location for years and thinking are they ripping me off for long time.

If you come to this place , please ask for a second option in town, this place is overly expensive for basic repairs, tries to charge 600 bucks for a serpentine belt replacement, came here only for sake of time, next time will shop in deph, I have had mechanics work on different veichels over the years and every time the mechanics is reparied a veichle, he shows you what repairs he has done, this place , nothing like that just here is the key, and pay and your on your way, no one came and showed the work that they had performed on the veichle. Veichle still was leaking even after I left, they did what was told to do. But not for the purpose of actually fixing the oil leak, They did a repair , even tho they knew that the veichle was still going to leak afterwards, Wont be coming back to this place, and even if its an emergency, shop around , their many other mechanic shops that can do the repairs for a far lesser price and better customer service than this company, I dont know if this place was different before but they should think working with integrity.

I have been using Omaha Car Care for many years, even when they were Walker Tire, and I have never had a bad experience. This week was no different. The customer service provided by Billy and the other employees was again exceptional. I can always trust them to be honest with me and they go above and beyond. I highly recommend calling them if you have any car related issues.

I have been going to Omaha Car Care for just a couple of years. My experience at the 144th Harrison has been great. Brian and Billy have been so helpful in my visits. They are very good at explaining things to me about repairs that are needed. I will have to say that being a woman I never feel like I'm being ripped off like at most places. I greatly appreciate you guys!! Thank you so much!!

I have been using Omaha Car Care for at least 4 years and during that time they have been courteous and very patient with my limited knowledge of my vehicle. I appreciate their guidance which helps me stay ahead of problems on the road. I am a home health nurse and they treat me and my car like I treat my patients. Great job guys!!

My son took his care there for an oil change. Told them there was a clunking grinding sound coming from the front. Asked if they could look at that. They came back and said both front lower control arm bushings were bad and that was causing the noise. Plus a whole list of other things that needed replaced. Took for 2nd opinion elsewhere. The front right wheel bearing was shot. Rotor and brake caliper also need replaced. The bushings and lower control arms were fine. Omaha Car Care said nothing about the wheel bearing and rotors. I do not know what there were trying to pull, but they have lost a customer of 30 years Walker tire and now Omaha Car Care.

This place actually told me what was wrong with my car and explained it in detail to me, super kind, felt comfortable there as a woman. I have a fair amount of knowledge on car repair and didn't feel like they treated me like a was a moron, thankfully! Car was fixed same day I brought it in, and got that appointment next day after I scheduled it. The LAST place I went to did some repairs but didn't explain anything and ignored half of the other issues. My check engine light was back on 2 days after I left. THIS place actually fixed my car. It was a bit more pricy, but they actually fixed my damn car!
