Super friendly, amazing service and staff. Had my older, high mileage truck aligned at this shop and I can’t recommend them enough! Had just done a bunch of front end work and they lined it back up perfectly. Best shop in the Homewood/bham area.

Found someone's lost and broken hair clippers with my tire on the highway today, luckily the tire shops around me were close enough I could make it without a tow. I was in a rental with no obvious spare. Decided to come to Omega based on distance and I'm glad I chose them. Within 15 minutes they had the car pulled in, patched it, reinflated and got me back on the road for a reasonable price to make it back to work on time. This is one time I'll leave a glowing review and hopefully never ever have to go back!

First time, needed a tire, and install $150.00, fast, it was close to closing when I finally got there, lady took my payment over the phone. I had had some flu symptoms and a/c had bn off over the weekend. I didnt need to come in contact with nobody!!!

Great price to plug a flat. Had a nail in front passenger side. Right now got another one I think(hopefully) it can be plugged in the rear driver that is leaking faster. I know they will fix it in the morning for dirt cheap. A great business serving greater good. Keeping people moving.

I had a crazy low tire sign pop on. They were the closest to me on Green Springs Hwy. Upon entering, the gentlemen promptly greeted me and asked what I needed. He told me to hold on, there are 3 ahead of me. After a 15-20 min wait, I was in and out. They checked all of my tires, They were courteous and quick.

I needed 2 new tires. They didn’t have them in stock, but went somewhere nearby, and put them on my car in about an hour time frame. They were straight forward and to the point. I would definitely come again.

I used Omega exclusively for nearly 10 years. Purchased tires and had various maintenance jobs done for seven cars. I liked Omega because I like the manager. Good prices. No-nonsense service. Sadly, my last experience there was shockingly disappointing. Not because of the manager. But because of the owner. She was incredibly rude and demeaning after an issue emerged on a car when I had Omega install a set of new tires. Instantly upon getting in the car, a loud squeak from near both rear wheels was clearly audible. It repeated on every bump. The owner refused to acknowledge the issue or do anything to make it right, instead blaming the age of my car (It’s a well-kept, 90s-era Mercedes.) and suggesting it could be a separate part. I explained the part she was referencing mounts on the front suspension, not the rear, and their own staff acknowledged that part wouldn’t cause the sound. The car had ridden smooth and quiet until Omega worked on it. I ended up having to spend $900 for new bushings following their work. I’m so thankful to have now found a different shop.

Tuve una llanta ponchada por clavo, y llevé mi carro aquí. En menos de 20 minutos le pusieron su patch por $28 cerrado. Muy eficientes y simpáticos. Los recomiendo.

Disclaimer: This review is regarding a phone call I'm looking around to see where I can get the best deal for 2 new tires and an oil change. I called this location and asked for a price estimate for both services. Now, I understood the representative's stance/response ("It depends on the car.."), but the way he communicated this was a bit rude. He sounded like he had an attitude and as if I was asking "dumb" questions. This is a bit new to me, and I don't know much about cars. So, the experience over the phone was discouraging, but I also know oil change prices are normally set based on the type you request....and to not even give information on that? Can't give the range of your least expensive oil to the most expensive? He was given the car make/model and couldn't help or direct me in the right direction in any way. Sure, the reviews speak for themselves; Mavis Tires hasn't been written off the list, but I definitely am going to shop around before settling here.
