They just tried to charge me 300 dollars for 2 USED tires and 2 new ones!. Cause I don't know english!

SCAMMERS! I called On Budget Tires LLC and was quoted $575 for winter tires. When I arrived, they told me they had the tires in stock and started the installation. However, when I asked to see the tires during the process, I realized they had installed standard all-season tires instead of the winter tires I requested. When I pointed this out, they acted surprised and said the winter tires would now cost $800, far more than the price they originally gave me. I decided to leave, but they wouldn’t return my car unless I paid $70 for removing and reinstalling my original tires—a charge for their mistake! This place uses bait-and-switch tactics and preys on customers. Avoid them at all costs! Don’t let them scam you like they scammed me.

So, it’s the afternoon before Thanksgiving Day. I call “On Budget” because I kept losing air in one tire. They took me in, fixed the tire and sent me on my way all in 30 minutes. The only reason I called them for help is because of the reviews … this place is the real deal. Never have I experienced such a work ethic from the man who helped me ( so sorry I did not get his name!!)! Great service and the price was more than fair!! Thank You!!

So i went to a big name tire store to get tire for my pick up. By surprise they didn’t have the tires so I had to start looking elsewhere. I ended up looking online and saw that Budget Tire had great reviews. Me living close by I was like let me check them out. Raul was very knowledgeable and very honest at what tires he had and their performance. He recommended 3 top tires im his opinion and I chose the best option. I love how my truck looks and love the price that I had to pay. Raul is a great guy and i wish him and his shop the best blessings that God could give. If you are looking for great service and great prices don’t look further go to Budget Tires on Culver Rd. You wont regret it!

I called ahead and he stated there was a used tire available in my size, since I had a 6 hour drive home and on a donut. When I arrived, he said he didn’t have a used tire for me and was having someone deliver a new one to match the tread depth of my other 3 (winter) tires. But this was after I was wondering what was taking so long. If he’d told me he didn’t have it, I could’ve drove to somewhere else and save time. Decent work and good local business but communication was lacking.

I would HIGHLY recommend getting your tires here. Not only is the staff friendly, they're quick and knowledgeable. I called at 10 in the morning and had 4 brand new tires on my car before 1. Prices cannot be matched, I shopped around for weeks. They also cleaned my battery and replaced a valve stem for no additional charge. A cash discount was available which saved me even more. On Budget is exactly that…. ON BUDGET! Great service, great prices! I had an issue with all 4 tires and I needed all my tires balanced as well. Owner made it a smooth process for me as I simply booked an appointment, showed up in a timely manner and he took care of my car. Very professional and definitely for the people. Highly recommend. This is my go to from now on if I ever need tires!

Quality business @ a quality cost. They fit me in next day and saved me $40/ tire on some new Firestone tires. Used tires available for CHEAP too. Will definitely be returning!
