Just amazing. These guys are rock stars. The communication is amazing and they finished my vehicle before schedule. They also coordinated with the vehicle rental company and the process was seamless. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Had a time crunch issue with state inspection expiring and Ben handled it great! Got the part ordered super fast and installed! They also fixed my car after someone hit me in the past and did an incredible job. Highly recommend!

I was referred to them by AAA. My experience with On The Road Garage was amazing! They provided me rides when I was going to use Uber. The entire process only took just over a week! Everyone I came in contact with was a pleasure!!

They did a fantastic job on my 2016 Ford F150 after a front end crash. They kept me informed every step of the way with status updates. And finished a lot faster than expected. Very friendly and responsive. A great experience.

Although no one wants to be in an accident and have their car in the shop, this was a very good experience. Vincente texted me regular updates of when the car would be ready. When I picked it up it was very clean. The even cleaned the interior. Also, the repairs look great. He explained everything that had been done and made sure I knew that the paint has a lifetime warranty. They can also arrange for you to pick up and drop off an Enterprise car rental here. Highly recommend.

Best experience at a car repair shop ever. They were quick, friendly, & even detailed my car! I took my car in on Monday for paint damage and a couple dents from scratching a pole and they had it out to me by Thursday. They called me with updates, detailed my car, & even threw in a bag of freebies! You can tell this place cares about their customers. I can’t recommend them enough! My car looks brand new!!!

Fast and friendly service, went there to get some repairs done after a claim and had my car back in about a week and was helped to get my rental when the insurance company was acting like they couldn't give me one without paying out of pocket

Great customer service. I loved how they were digitally notifying me of status updates of my repair. They washed and detailed my car afterwards too, which was a great touch. Finally, they gave me a goodie bag of stuff too which was nice. Really friendly, would recommend!

I dropped my car off yesterday morning and they had it fixed this morning. I couldn’t believe it. The customer service is top-notch. The facility is very clean and modern. I rented a car through Enterprise and they let me drop it off at On The Road Garage. I hope I don’t need to work with them again but if I ever need my car repaired, I’d go to On The Road Garage.

I was very impressed with On The Road Garage. Fast service, quality work, clear communication, and attention to detail. I got my rear bumper and right mirror replaced and it took a total of 8 days, including a holiday weekend. When I picked it up, my truck was clean, tires shined, inside vacuumed and wiped down. I hope I don't ever need to come back, but if I do have to, I will be using On the Road Garage.

Loved this place! Whole staff was awesome but Vicente was amazing! He kept in constant communication with me throughout process and very patient in explaining every step of the way. My car was even finished a week earlier than expected. Should I ever need a body shop they will be the first place I call. Truthfully a seamless experience. Thank you so much!

Not sure if my car is totaled yet or if they're able to complete any work, but I really don't care, this place is so pristinely clean in the lobby. They have a piece of art in there that is absolutely stunning and interactive and worthy of a museum. Unbelievably friendly people and clearly brilliant marketers. The lobby piece alone means I'll never go anywhere else as long as I'm in DFW. Incredible.

They are teamed up with enterprise so it was very convenient to get a rental car and leave it at the shop when my car was ready.

On the road worked on my vehicle after it was stolen/recovered. Vicente and the whole team there are awesome and would provide me with updates via phone & text messages without even asking. My car was ready a week earlier than expected and I cannot reiterate how stress free the whole process has been!

Repairs were incomplete upon my arrival to pick up my car, and there was an additional scratch on my car that needed to be painted. I was told the manager “poorly QC’d” my car before pick up. This caused confusion in the rental car service resulting in me having to pay out of pocket additional days needed. A poor QC from the business manager makes me seriously question the work performed on my vehicle.

The service I received here was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning of the process, the team has been fantastic. Rick, who was in charge of getting my repairs completed, kept me in the loop about everything. He answered all of my questions without hesitation! My car was finished a week earlier than expected. When I went to pick up my car, the guy at the front was extremely friendly. I got a goodie bag THAT INCLUDED A NUGGET DIPPER 😂. So if anyone sees me going down 30 dipping nuggets in my nugget dipper, just know I got it from On The Road Garage lol. When I was switching from my rental, I had a case of water. Vincente carried it to my car. I am a manager in customer service and the service practices they showed I will definitely be taking back to my job. Oh, AND washed the inside AND outside of my car. I will definitely be returning if I ever have any other needs! Great job! (Even if y’all do have that creepy camera thingy in the lobby)

These guys are fantastic. Unfortunately, I have had several experiences with other body shops and the service here is far and away the best I’ve encountered. I had the pleasure of working with Vincente—he was very communicative and even gave me a ride. They are the best in the business and I will gladly recommend them to anyone I know who needs body shop services.

This place really took care of me, and I'm very grateful for it. They did a great job but there was an area a little unfinished. I brought it back and Ralph met me outside and immediately apologized and let me know I can bring it back any day of my choice and he'll take care of it at no extra cost. They even offered a rental car and to take care of rock chips on my hood and some extra touch-up paint. To make it better, they cleaned the inside and out of my car, so it looks great. I was a little bummed about the original job being unfinished, but they delighted me enough to make it right. Highly recommend this place.

The Sierra and her team at On The Road garage did an amazing job in making my Expedition look good as new after I was hit. They provided timely updates and actually got done almost a week earlier than expected! I will definitely recommend them and use them again!

This was one of the repair shops that I could use with State Farm. Getting my car repaired was a simple process from beginning to end. When I dropped my car off, I waited maybe 10 minutes for enterprise to come. I was expecting to go back to enterprise to rent my car. Enterprise brought my rental car to the shop and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. I was updated throughout the entire process via text, so I always knew what was going on with my car. I hope to never have to use them again, but if I have to, I'd definitely come back here.
