Headed down to El Paso for a military move and my starter was going bad. I called the shop on a Thursday afternoon and was able to make an appointment for the next morning. I brought it in and the mechanic immediately hopped on the job and identified the problem. My truck was done within a few hours for an unbeatable price. The hospitality was outstanding and being new to the area, I already felt like I was being welcomed with kindness and efficiency! I will be taking my vehicle here for all my needs, and would give them more than 5 stars if I could for their customer service, great time management, and overall work on my truck!

I was road tripping across America and my low oil light came on. I needed an oil change and they were able to squeeze me in for a quick oil change even though I did not have an appointment. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. If I was ever in El Paso again, I would 100% go here for any auto service.

Do not take your vehicles to this mechanic...I took 2 vehicles and they both came back worse than when i took em...these guys went out of business then came back and did not honor their warranty....shotty work and no integrity...worse mechanics I've ever delt with

Rude lady on the phone . Soon she answer she just said no appointments for 3 weeks . False advertising when it comes on being a mobile mechanic. Be careful with this shop they have some shady way to operate and prices are very high . Ask around same area and got a better price and customer service attention no doubt . Don’t waste your money here honestly, you could find a better deal (150 dlls cheaper) somewhere else .

Top Notch service. I called multiple mechanics in the area with no answer. I called them and they answered right away. Gave me a price over the phone and within a day, my car was fixed as promised. Great customer service and great job overall !!!

I’ve hired Gilbert now on multiple occasions, he has fixed the A/C on my 2004 GMC Sierra, and replaced the starter on my wife’s 2002 Acura. He shows me what’s wrong, shows me the parts he’s purchasing, and has never given me a reason to give him any less than 5 stars 🤙🏻

I'm from out of town and my car was overheating. They diagnosed the problem and found it was the heater hose in the end. They had to search for the part needed and tracked one down. But then found it was actually the heater hose. They replaced the hose and had me on the road the same day! Thank you for the efforts on looking for parts. I made it back home safe! Thank you!

Sad to be the only bad review on here but I went for a clutch job , when I picked up my car the FIRST TIME they mentioned that my front axil was damaged , get this I do work on my car just couldn’t do this job due to lease rules on my apartment complex , DONT TRUST THESE GUYS, I replaced my front axels both sides myself so I found it weird , got home to find not only my negative terminal was lose on the battery but they messed my axel up AND a sensor light by my front tires , they claim they want 100% customer satisfaction, lame ! Took the car back , they were technically forced to fix what THEY broke , I didn’t pay 700$ for them to BREAK other parts of my vehicle , picked up the car a SECOND TIME , checked it again, they try to be smart but you got to be one step ahead , this time my terminal was tightened but the WIRES to my negative terminal where lossened , left my air filter lose aswell if you go to these guys make sure you CHECK your vehicle ,

So I kept checking my vehicle , after the last rant I removed my engine cover , which had a zip tie on it before the car was given to them , to find this literally placed in a form to where it wouldn’t fall out , DONT TRUST IT , THEY MIGHT FIX WHAF YOU ASK THEM TO FIX BUT IN RETURN NOT ONLY STEAL YOUR MONEY BUT DO EXTRA THINGS LIKE THIS , I can’t force nobody to stop attending a place but once you get your vehicle back check everything , they act like they got everything under control and in the end say “if any more problems come up contact us “ but TRUST THEY WILL BE PROBLEMS they make sure of it NEVER GOING BACK I TRUSTED THEM BUT THEY RUINED THAT

I called On The Way Automotive Services to get a quote on a fuel pump and fuel filter replacement. Mr. Martinez showed up the next morning to work on my truck. Great price and even better service. I was so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism that I employed him to work on the Breaks, Plugs, Oil, Radiator, and even my trail break system. I will not take my vehicles to anyone else, now that On The Way Automotive Services (Mr. G Martinez) has demonstrated more professionalism and honorable business practices than any automotive shop I have had the dealings with in the past. On the way automotive services was an all around great experience. Booking an appointment with him was easy and worked well with my schedule. He was professional throughout, answering questions prior to the appointment and giving me advice. He was able to save me money before he even worked on my vehicle. His prices were much lower compared to anywhere else. He provided his services at my place of business, allowing me to return to work as he fixed my car. I wouldn’t have had time until possibly the weekend to take it to a shop. I’ve already recommended him to a coworker and will be solely using his services.

Outstanding service at a HUGE value! I took my truck to him to have major work done and it ready in two days and is still running like a champ. When my wife's car had problems we went straight to Gilbert to have the issue diagnosed and he had a problem we'd been dealing with for years, fixed in a matter of days. He even checks back with you to see how the vehicle is doing, WHAT mechanic does that! Customers for life!

They provided great service, especially they came in short notice to look over a vehicle I just recently bought and did a full inspection on it to make sure I wasn’t being screwed over by the dealership. They’re always there to help and answer any questions and give recommendations you might need! Love the service and I highly recommend them!
