This is the best glass company I’ve dealt with hands down. My front passenger window was shattered during an overnight break in. Being from out of town and on a tight schedule during a weekend, I called On Time Glass who was also the first to answer with a real person and not a recording! Within two hours of my call on a weekend, I my window was repaired and I was back on the road. Manuel and his team took care of everything, didn’t leave a speck of broken glass anywhere and made sure my automatic window worked properly. I would hire them again in an instant!

Had windshield installed . Noticed damage that was not there before installment . Called the owner swear he did not cause the damage . But the dent are just above windshield . Issue was not rectified. Very dissatisfied, will not be using this company again.

Got my window broke into during the rain storm, and Walter came out and fixed it before it started raining again. Other places gave me quotes but said I’d have to wait days/weeks to fix. 2.5 hrs after my window was busted, Walter drove away with it all fixed up and they matched the quote of the other place I was setting an appointment with. Appreciate getting me back operational so quick, since it’s my work vehicle.

I called and got a quote even helped lower the price. Excellent and they came the next morning. Very fast service. I would recommend them I will definitely use them in the future.

These guys were extremely responsive to my messages and very accommodating of my schedule. They came to our house/office, and did a great job resealing our windshield (pulled off existing and reinstalled). We discovered that our windshield wipers needed adjustment several days after the installation, texted them, and they came out to my office the same day. The installers were also very friendly. We’ll definitely call them again for any of our window needs.

The people were extremely responsive to my text messages and accommodating of my schedule. Julio who came on site was extremely friendly and highly professional. He did an amazing job and gave good recommendations. He is a wonderful technician. I use this company many times and will do again in the future.

Called these guys at 3pm on a Friday and they were at our place at 5pm, replacing the busted out back window. Great customer service, the tech who replaced the window was friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Excellent service by Julio and Abel. Finished the job in half an hour for my SUV glass. Highly Recommend them for your auto glass services. They took me in on Saturday evening, and worked even after hours. Amazing customer service.

My left side rear power window's regulator broke. Called around and went with this company as they were very responsive and followed up quick after checking for parts. Joel was awesome and kept me posted even after finding out the parts will get delayed by a day. They were just a little bit more expensive than the other company but because of Joel's service, I stuck with them. Came 2 days later and replaced the regulator. There was a little issue with the window operations but Joel advised me to let it work for a week and he'll get someone back if the problem is still there. Still no change after a week and Joel quickly sent someone to fix it within 24 hrs. Everything working perfectly now. Thank you Joel and Walter. Great service that they come to your place and clean work.
