Before spending insane amounts at dealerships- contact Once Call Auto. They, 99% of the time, will be able to diagnose and complete the fix for almost half of what you are being quoted elsewhere.

Had my AC compressor start going bad while traveling across the country, and my car was making a horrible rattling sound. I thought I might have to start a new life in Colombus, but Matt took care of me and replaced it faster than I thought possible! I highly recommend this shop, very friendly and professional!

Husband and I were stuck at airport with a starter that needed replaced on truck. Called this morning and they referred us to a fast tow company who was there within an hour. Had truck repaired and ready to go with new starter in just a couple of hours. So kind and helpful in a frustrating situation. Excellent customer service. I took my 1997 Mitsubishi 3000gt here because my a/c wasn’t working but Matt the owner got it working magically, i did everything i could do to try and make it work but nothing worked but Matt fixed it and he was so nice and helpful as well. I 100% recommend this place to anyone you had car problems

Matt is literally an angel. I had issues with my starter and he did everything in his power to give me a fair price while taking care of the problem. Matt with One Call Auto Mechanic is just the person for my vehicles. I’ve been coming to this mechanic for many years with my different vehicles & they have never let me down. From transmission issues in my maxima to my current Nissan Rogue. I called them today 10-10-24 with my car not being able to crunk/start or move. All I can say is God works miracles. I may have emptied my last dollars ( reasonable amount) but it was worth it. Matt and his crew had me in, diagnosed my issues real fast and got started. Was done in about 3+hours. I will definitely be back when I need to. Thank you for being my life savers. Thank you too Trace. Oh I even forgot, I was offered a ride from the owner to go home get some rest while they worked on my car because I had just left a night shift and was completely exhausted. Very honest friendly and fast service. My original mechanic was booked so I sent an email to One Call Auto Mechanic and they told me to come in ASAP. I came in same day. Without me telling them how much my original mechanic quoted me, One Call test drove my vehicle, showed me video evidence of what the issue was then gave the same diagnosis and price. I felt so comfortable with them after that. They got me safely back on the road within a few hours. I will definitely use them again and tell my friends and family about them.
