I came here because I had an emergency with my car with an infant in the back. The guy Spiros was on his phone, indicated that I should wait with a nod and then proceeded to ignore me and continue on with his casual phone conversation while drinking a beer. When I said I was leaving he didn’t even try to let me know how much longer it would be, basically a big screw u and I don’t need your business. So rude m, so unprofessional.

DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTO SHOP, I REPEAT DO NOT GO!!!! My car started to overheat and it suddenly stopped right next to this auto shop. With the help of the mechanic there my car was pushed inside to see what the issue was. Literally what they did was open the hood cap and looked inside and said that the engine was completely done. LITERALLY THEY JUSTED LOOK, didn’t even take the time the thoroughly check if it was another issue. They told me that I would need a new engine and with labor cost and everything it would be $4,500. WORST OF ALL they were pushing me to sell my car on the spot for $400. I realized that this was a total scam. I instead took my car to Morenita Auto Repair Shop were they thoroughly check under the hood and it turned out that the fan next to the engine had broken and needed to be replaced. I even asked the mechanic Franco there if the engine wasn’t the problem and he confirmed that it wasn’t. He literally said that the mechanics at One Diagnostic Auto repair were trying to scam me out of thousands. Franco at Morenita Auto Repair Shop literally saved me around $4k for fixing the issue. One Diagnostic Auto Repair Inc. is a total scam and everyone there are con artists. I recommend taking your car to Morenita Auto Repair shop for your car needs.

I do not recommend this place at all. They try to take advantage of you. My insurance approved them for the work the car needed and they still wanted to charge me out of pocket for things my car didn't need. Please take your car somewhere else.

Best mechanic in Brooklyn no questions asked, I bought a certified preowned jeep trail hawk and always found myself going to Mopar to get the car fixed and it just was a money pit. This mechanic Solved the problems I had for less than half the price within a days time and my car is better than It ever was from the day I bought it five years ago. Recommend him to any friends, family or anybody who’s looking to get the job done right he is knowledgeable honest worth the investment.

I had a major issue with my car’s engine and radiator in another state and they helped me arrange for my broken down car to get towed to their shop. In a couple weeks, it was fixed up and sounded like new. This was back in December, and I could not be happier. Honest, kind folks. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Spiro!
