Gio was absolutely helpful and was able to take me in for a last-minute oil change. There was a car available for a ride home and back due to the duration of the service that was estimated to take approximately an hour. Service took less than an hour and I was absolutely happy with the service provided at this place of business. Will be definitely be back for my next service.

I had to take my car in to the shop because the undercarriage came loose. I live in a homeless shelter, y’all can imagine I don’t have a lot of money. These guys not only fixed it, they fixed it so it wouldn’t come loose again, then refused to charge me!! I thanked them profusely then drove off, found a place to park and cried 😭😭 Thank you One Stop Auto Care!

One Stop Auto Care was the absolute best resource for me when I lived in LA. For three years, I took in two different cars (my very old Santa Fe, followed by my replacement Santa Fe when my first car died). The team was always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They consistently made the effort to get me in the shop when I needed help and always explained the situation so I could make the best decision. Last month, they really came through for me when I was in a bind, particularly Gio and Anthony. The night before my move, my check engine light came on because my transmission wasn’t working properly. My gears weren’t catching, a total surprise for a newish car. In the morning, I called to see if they could take a look as I was about to do a long 7+ hour drive to my next destination for a new job. I was scheduled to start the following day, adding to the stressful situation. With my car packed with half of my belongings, they took me in to figure out what was happening. To add to the craziness of the day, on the way to the shop, I noticed there was something flapping under my mom’s car (she was following me to the mechanic, so we could go back to continue packing her car while mine was being looked at). So when we showed up, now we surprised the shop with needing both cars to be inspected. Thankfully, my mom’s car was resolved quickly with a few screws. For my car, they weren’t able to solve the problem permanently as it was a bigger issue (obviously with the transmission and I wasn’t staying in LA), BUT THEY DID FIX IT ENOUGH TO GET ME HOME!!! That was all I was hoping for in that moment. They even checked in on me the following day to make sure I survived the drive. Huge thanks to this special team. The service is exceptional and the mechanics know what they are doing. Thank you Gio, Anthony, and Angel for all the help these last few years. Wishing you all the best!

Working with Gio and Ariel at One Stop has literally been the best experience I’ve ever had in my life with a mechanic shop! I wish I could say I’m exaggerating but I’m not. One Stop is the absolute best and they are excellent in everything they do from the customer service to the work. I bought a car from Carvana and got hit with some issues two months in and Gio took care of everything, working very strategically with my warranty company so that I got as much as possible covered—I actually saved thousands of dollars. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a mechanic. This is definitely my place now and Gio is a gem of a human being. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Seriously.

I needed service and maintenance on a 2015 Nissan Sentra immediately. Gio was amazing! He walked me through each of the items presented after the diagnostic testing. Once I made a decision about what to address (everything) Gio and the team went to work so that I could have my car back the next day. I also needed a smog check and the team took the car to a place down the street so I did not have to deal with that separately. This is a very trustworthy team. Thank you.

One Stop was great. The inspection report was so clear and thorough with their red, yellow, and green coding and all of the explanations. They didn't try to upsell me on anything and were very clear about what things we should probably address 6 months down the road.

Brought in my 2019 Accord when the engine started overheating out of the blue - Ariel and Gio were so helpful, matter-of-fact, and thorough in figuring out the issue and walking me through what the repairs would entail. They got everything sorted out in just a couple days, and my car is running great now. They even set me up with a ride to my job so I wouldn't be late, which was such a kind gesture! Great guys, great vibes, great work - highly recommend!

We're long-time and very satisfied customers, but last week an employee went above and beyond their usual great customer service. I was driving my new used car, where it felt like I had run over something. But what scared me was the awful noise when I turned. We stopped and checked, and a long strip of metal was stuck in the underside of the car. We called One Stop, Gio said to come right in. He checked the car right away and removed a foot-long piece of metal stuck under my car, dangerously near sensitive wiring. He was so helpful, saved us time and worry, and just gave us outstanding customer service. I can't recommend One Stop enough!

Called about setting up an appointment for some brake work, was told they would relay my message and call me back within 10 mins. 2 days later still no response. Hard to trust someone working on your car if you can't even trust them to get back to you.
