I brought my vehicle to One Stop Auto to replace the heater core, a labor-intensive task for those familiar with cars. After receiving a quote, which turned out to be the best in Northern Phoenix, I entrusted them with the job. The shop did an excellent job, preserving the integrity of my older model 1997 Ford Expedition. For any future maintenance needs beyond my expertise, I will undoubtedly return to this reliable shop for repairs or replacements. Their workmanship left me very satisfied.

Johnny is the best! Went in for a transmission oil change and he recommended a full fluid service which included the transmission oil change. Explained the whole process and even showed me the old fluid and told me what to look out for. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Well, I can see why these guys get such great reviews. I needed a pre-purchase inspection for an Acura MDX that had damage reported on the Carfax. They were very thorough, transparent and gave good advice. They were patient in explaining everything, even pulling up photos on the internet and they were very fair in their pricing too. If I lived closer, I’d feel very comfortable making them my regular go-to shop. Highly recommend them.

Wonderful customer service! They noticed things I didn't even notice and took care of them for no extra charge. I worked with Anthony and Mike who have been phenomenal and made sure the insurance covered everything necessary for the vehicle to be fully repaired after the accident. This place is highly recommended because they have mechanic and auto body shop which is important. If you take your car to an auto body shop after an accident and they don't do mechanic work, they will miss everything mechanic and later you will have to fix it yourself. This place does it all! Thanks guys!
