PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T GO HERE!!! I originally went here late january to get my alignment done before driving back to school. Before they did it they brought up some “issue” that weren’t relevant but i decided to fix my axle, alignment, and brakes. I really did want new brakes because mine weren’t the best, fine, but weren’t the best. So i paid almost $400 for new ceramic brakes, an alignment, and the fixing of my axles. NOT EVEN 2 WEEKS LATER my breaks starting squeaking. This was NEVER a problem for me. Even with the old brakes they did t squeak. So i had to suffer till my first break so i could drive back and get them fixed under the warranty. They “fixed” them and everything seemed fine. Till a week later the breaks started squeaking again. They have been squeaking ever since. This brings me to the most recent issue, my alignment and axles are terrible now. 5 months later my car is shaking like a wet dog and my wheel can’t stay in place. It not like i’m always on the road either. I walk everywhere on my campus and only commute to my job that’s 5 mins away. This is hands down the worst service i’ve ever received on my car. I usually never write reviews but i just had to share this. Maybe i can stop someone from making the same mistake i did.

Service is really slow even though they had told me and hour had to stay there for 2 hours but if your in a hurry I don't recommend.

Faster service, no appointment required unless they are busy with more car in front, excellent customer service, and they do a great job on my car. Price is affordable, and I would suggest having any kind of financing options for jobs exceeding 1,500$ and above. No, everyone these days can pay that kind of money cash. Other than that, excellent service.

👎🏼👎🏼, Okay so we came to this place to get our brakes checked out (for our SCION xb 2009) a couple of months ago because they were making noise. from the start this guy told us that the brakes from the front were done for & the brakes from the back still had 1 year of use. so as a customer would do, we told him to go ahead and replace the brakes from the front which they said were the ones that had no more durability. after that was done we got the car back, and noticed that the noise was still there, and even making more screeching and louder than before. we went back and explained the situation of the noise and he took the car back to check it out. we left and a couple of hours later received a phone call from the front desk person & after an inspection he said that the new brakes weren’t the problem. that now the problem was with the brakes that they told us still had 1 year of life!!! apparently now those brakes were done for and needed replacement, basically telling us there was no alternative left. so since, and because these mechanics told us from one day to another that the brakes were good and had 1 year of life left and then that those same brakes were now the problem; for our security we came back to the place & headed to the back where the guy was working on our car and saw that the brakes that they said were done for and weren’t safe, actually STILL had half a year of use until they needed to be changed. so there was lies told to us as clientele and customers. after we saw this we went back to the guy at the front desk and told him that he needs to check on what his mechanics and workers are doing. scams are not acceptable. ESPECIALLY to clients. he accepted that this was his wrong doing AND he he said he would not give a refund for the brakes since they were already put in, and the blame all went to the mechanic. he stated that the mechanic gave him wrong information and details. if you know your in the wrong and the job wasn’t done with integrity the least you could do is offer the client his money back for the wrong doing of a WORKER. this is straightforward corruption. we DO NOT recommend you to bring your car here. this place is bad customer service in general. there’s better places out there. & YES it was in fact this location on hwy 6 so i find it odd how there is apparently no records of this car being there?? we are of course open to fix this situation by giving us a refund or part of our earned money back for a job that was done unnecessarily!! there was still use in those brakes and they all didn’t need to be changed.
