**Pictures included with post for reference. All personal information crosssed out** Simply put, if you would like to pay double your car parts worth, then this is the place to go! Went and had work done on our van at One Stop Automotive. We were quoted *by phone* $1,700. We were never provided with a written quote, so that’s now a “he said, she said” situation. (Side note- we were told that they have the phone call recorded stating a $4,700, quote… they have not let us listen to this recorded call however). Once we went to pick up our vehicle we were told the cost was $4,700. Of course my husband was shocked because that’s a fairly larger sum than what we were anticipating. After some fussing between my husband and the worker at One Stop Automotive, we ended up paid the $4,000+ and left. The next day I went to the Honda Dealership. I brought the list of parts that were replaced in my vehicle (the list provided by One Stop) and asked for a quote for the same parts. The prices that Honda charges were 1/2 the cost that One Stop charged us. Honda part- around $600 One Stop part- around $1,100 These numbers speak for themselves. To address the customer service- The way that the manager, Mr. Steven Sickinger, treated my husband and I was ridiculous. He refused to answer most of my question regarding the price of the parts. He continuously referred me to talk to HIS BOSS, “Ray”. I asked for Ray’s information. Once I realized that Mr. Sickinger was going to be no help to me I left One Stop Automotive and went to the location I was provided for Ray. When I walked in I was greeted politely and asked what my name was. I told them. The people at the front desk informed me that Ray was on a call and should be available in a few minutes, so please take a seat and wait a moment. They then walk to the back of the building and come back after a minute or two and say, “Ray is actually on a conference call right now, so it might be a while. We can have him call you back later.” My reply- “ Actually I don’t have much to do right now so I don’t mind waiting.” Employee- “Well he has an appointment immediately afterwards.” Me- “Well will Ray be here tomorrow? I would like to talk to him in person.” Employee - “Maybe. He’s always around different locations.” We’ll see if I hear back from Ray or not. I doubt there is anything that can help us in this situation at this point. However, I wanted to share a little bit of our experience in hopes that it will save others from having to go through something similar. If for some crazy reason you do decide to have work done here, I would HIGHLY suggest getting a written quote before you allow them anywhere near your vehicle. Also do some research and make sure you are being charged fairly.

One Stop Automotive was great! I had damage from a pack rat and Steve at One Stop was on it to help get the car repaired in a day! They even have a tow service that was faster in picking up my vehicle than who my insurance referred me to. Cheaper as well! All around great thorough service! It's reassuring to have an automotive shop you can trust and afford! Thank you Frank for the quick tow service and thank you Steve for getting my car back to me in no time at all!

This is a very overdue review for which I apologize because they deserve way more than only 5 stars. I think it’s important to have confidence in the people who work on your vehicle especially when that’s how you get to work and groceries shopping and everywhere else you adventure too, so knowing that you’re safe and you have an amazing group of people that love their job and helping others in their community is such a blessing truly! Thank you to everyone who works there and special thanks to the owner Ryan and Manager Steve , yall have been great and I appreciate you!

Claimed replacement and labor on my alternator and charged, Mentioned it will be a top model, instead a chinese model carfax mentioned jus looked at alternator. Dont trust them at all there a joke.

Had a problem with my car while traveling. I was taken in quickly, the diagnosis revealed the problem and I was back on the road with a fair price and only a few hours out of the day. Steve in the office was great at keeping me informed and even offered some cold bottled water while I waited. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking an honest repair shop

Such an amazing auto repair facility Steve and crew put in a catalytic converter into my Cadillac and did and amazing job for less money than the 5 other mechanics that couldn’t get it in the rig This is truly a 1 stop for all the car needs They were kind and professional and got the car done fast as I needed it for work Car runs great now and I would definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family Thx Steve and crew for a great job 🎉🎉🎉

What I thought was just some wiring issues for the fuel pump on my jeep turned out to be more than I could afford to fix. Brought my car here, and the owner was kind. They inspected my car and, before putting on the computer to run full diagnostics, found some major issues and advised me to sell as it would be cheaper than fixing waiting for parts from overseas and saved me $450 just for the diagnostics.

I took a trip to San Antonio a few weeks ago with my kids and I had gotten stop by the state trooper because my car was smoking so he send me to the nearest car shop. Where I was guided to go see Ryan at One shop Automotive and I met Ray the shop owner and they sent me over to Adam at Astro Transmission and they really took care of me. They started working on my car the same day had me on the road the next day. They were all really friendly and so helpful I will forever be grateful to these guys and their team. It’s a scary thing running in to car trouble on the road especially when u don’t where to go or wat to do or who to go to but theirs is by far the best car service I have ever gotten in my life and I just want to say thank u guys for everything u do.

This will now be my only go to place for all my automotive repair and maintenance needs! Period! The owner was such a pleasure to take the time to give us an in depth analysis and costs for my automotive needs. His staff and mechanics are definitely A+! No more dealership service departments for us unless it’s of course under warrantee. Also the same services I had at the dealership last year was 2x the price. Steve and the crew at One Stop Automotive did an outstanding job in completing 100K check & services on my 05 Tacoma It runs better now after all new fluids, belts, hoses etc etc. Thay worked with me to do this over 3 to 6 months. One Stop Automotive came through for me on a last-minute need for an oil change without an appointment. Steve was understanding and accommodating and scheduled my vehicle immediately in between appointments. Given that he was limited with time, no corners were cut, and I received a full service to include a preventive maintenance inspection of my vehicle. I feel comfortable driving out of town today based on the service provided. This is not the first time I schedule vehicles for repair with Steve. Definitely a five-star service every time. I highly recommend One Stop Automotive for all your automotive service needs.

Wow! I can't say enough about this shop! Steve, the crew, took care of my 2002 Honda CRV (283,000 miles) like she was a Rolls Royce! She made the drive from Seattle to Tucson OK, but once we got here, I guess she said "I'm done". Oil leaking throughout the engine, wouldn't start. Ended up getting steam cleaned (spa treatment😘), valve cover gaskets, serpentine belt, both vtek filters/gaskets and bunch of other things. Steve took pictures of everything so I could see all the damage. He did all this in less than 3 days. I now feel confident making the drive back to Seattle safely. Thank you Steve and crew!!
