Over 1 hour and ten minutes in line at the drive thru there was only one person in front of me and the dinning room was closed. If they werent the only one open i would of drove off.

I am only giving one star because they quoted me over 2 grand. I came in because my steering wheel was making lots of noise, and the engine light was on. So naturally, I went to oreilys to see what was wrong, and there was a leak in the engine, and this place confirmed that the steering wheel needed to be aligned. Good so far until they added additional charges that the car did NOT need, amounting to 2k+ They also charge by the hour. They claimed I needed new breaks immediately quoting me over 170 for parts and 105 per hour. (And this is only for breaks, not counting the other things on the list) Well... turns out I took my car to another shop where I was recommended, and he said my breaks are very good and could last another year. He also said my car doesn't need much other than the steering situation. I will update how much I have paid at this new spot. I have attached a picture of the quote and see for yourself how much of a rip-off you could save yourself from.

Roger has been talking to me about fixing a water pump on my car ...he came out his way to pick up my car and had kept it for 6 months I kept asking him about my car and got nothing but excuses! He was all for fixing it when he thought I was single and had a chance with me ....he came to drop my car off the same place he picked it up at but only worse condition my bumper was already cracked but when Roger dropped it off it was hanging ...now my hood won’t shut at all and was not like that upon picking up.Now I call or text him asking him for my keys I get no answer or reply back ....really wish I could post photos on here to show y’all what kind of business this guy does lesion learned on my end P.s Roger I need my keys back

Eric is so thorough with finding EVERYTHING wrong with the Jaguar XF. He didn't want us to pick it up until everything was fixed. He found things I didn't know was wrong. I recommend him and will always use him. THE BEST MECHANIC ON EARTH! Best prices too! 2009 Jaguar XF runs like new!

One Stop Shop is just THAT! Roger is the only person I trust with my GL450 Mercedes Benz. He is honest and fair. He is very knowledgeable and won’t stop until he has met or exceeded my expectations. I have used Roger numerous times over the years and I will NEVER EVER go anywhere else. He responds quickly whether it is text or call. My car get fixed quickly and the price is very reasonable. I have referred numerous people to him and they allswear by him as well. If you want your car fixed right the first time, go see One Stop!!!

If I could give what’s he’s name Roger a negative star I would. You wanna get burned for your money go to this guy not a “the best mechanic” as he says he is my vehicle still don’t work right when I got it back I had to fix what I paid him for. He left parts out that he took out my car go anywhere but here save you the headache

Roger at is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I ever met , I was very pleased with his service, he will definitely be my mechanic of Austin. His work was less expensive than other shops for the same repairs. 'll be returning soon for follow up repairs. I'd highly recommend anyone for repairs here. Make sure you talk to Roger.

Top notch service from beginning to end. I gave Roger details over the phone on how my truck was running and he was able to recognize the problem. Brought it in and was able to fix the misfiring problem my truck had. I’ll go back and will definitely recommend One Stop Shop to anyone who has car troubles.

We've been going to One Stop for a couple of years now . I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else. Everything is straight forward so we know what to expect. We've also referred people to them and they've been very satisfied. I have nothing but good things to say about One Stop.

The Automotive Shop there has A1 quality work but everything else is not good work I mean a lot of b's and scams happen there I would not refer anyone there but I will refer to Rixs paint shop on North Lamar!Flaco the painter does rush jobs and haven't been doin painting that long !He painted my car about 7 times and never got it right so I finally got it right at Rixs Auto & Body Paint Sop!Great customer service!

These guys over at One Stop Shop are Phenomenal!!!! They are a family owned and operated shop, & they really truly care about their customers. I have gotten a lot of work done there on several of my cars. And every time they are SUPER HONEST, UPFRONT and VERY AFFORDABLE! They specialize in foreign cars like BMW , Mercedes , But are also experts at the mid sedan american cars as well. I wouldn't trust my car in the hands of any one else! Thanks Roger (owner)- you guys got my back on the road and fast! Keep up the GREAT work!!!!!!!
