Listen up everyone!! A+++ Business. I posted this on Yelp but had to do so here as well. There’s a lot for me to say and I hope I get the space to do it! This shop is my Home, my ”Go To” already, but I’m going to do my best to steer you in the direction thats going to leave you happy, comfortable, with peace of mind, and perhaps a referral of your own like this. I love shops that people call “Hole in the wall shops”. Not a corporate name nor the desire to advertise everywhere just to get you in. I moved to Sacramento from (Livermore) in 2015 or I also had a hole in the wall shop called cactus car care. It was a family run business the alarm was phenomenal and always wowed me with decent prices and honesty every single time. I was absolutely lucky to find One Stop Smog when I moved up here and have been going there ever cents. I refer not only my friends but everyone I come across that has an issue with their vehicle. Actually on my first time there when I was waiting in line I saw the owner tell a lady who came from a dealership that she didn’t need to spend the thousands of dollars they stated and gave her a reasonable solution after speaking with her. They weren’t trying to just get her money, it was the opposite. They just do good work at fair prices, and ALL types of work haha. It’s everything plus Smog Checks, not the other way around. I have 4 vehicles I r to air there and have referred numerous people since my first experience and everyone has been extremely happy that I did. I now know the owner and his son from my visits and don’t ever dread having to take my car in because I’m in good hands every time. Save yourself some time and money by giving them your business. 😉 I dont ever write reviews, even when I’m blown away, but I really need to start. It’s taken me far too long to write this one because I was busy doing self referrals, but it’s time for me to stop being selfish and let everyone else know where they can trust their car. If you’ve read this far, you need to be going there going forward. Ask for Raj and let him know that Jason personally recommendEd them. You will not be disappointed! 😉👍🏻

I have been coming here for years now and always received great service. Some shops won’t work on high end cars and will make you take it to the dealership but they keep my car happy/ healthy!

My gas line was cut, they were super busy but managed to get my car fixed and back on the road in under 3 hours. I've had them do work on my car in the past and they're work is always excellent. Everyone I work with takes their car there, its the only place we trust to get the work done right and quickly the first time

Great car shop , I been going here for 10years now and have never had any problems with my cars nor do they over price they will work with you and they handle all problems from tires , mechanic work , paint jobs , smog etc.

I had a bad experience I don’t recommend this place , I went for smog check and my car don’t pass because it had a problem , that’s fine, But they didn’t have a good service when I spoke with them only they gave me a document that said smog check Fail and the total value , I spoke with them what is the next step and they didn’t help me only thought in money because the seller was angry with me because I made questions , I paid and came back with my home upset for bad service. [Tuve una mala experiencia, no recomiendo este lugar, fui a un control de smog y mi auto no pasó porque tenía un problema, está bien, pero no tuvieron un buen servicio cuando hablé con ellos, solo ellos Me dieron un documento que decía smog check Fail y el valor total, hablé con ellos cuál es el siguiente paso y no me ayudaron, solo pensaron en dinero porque el vendedor se enojó conmigo porque hice muchas preguntas, pagué y Volví a mi casa molesto por el mal servicio.

This is my third visit to this auto shop, and I have to say that I am quite disappointed with the recent experience. Typically, the cost for the service I need is around $85, but this time I was charged $108, which was a significant increase. When I inquired about the price difference, I was told that everything is more expensive now, despite it only being three weeks since my last visit. This sudden price hike left me feeling dissatisfied and questioning the shop's integrity. Furthermore, I have had a negative experience with this auto shop in the past. Last year, my mother visited this shop to fix a flat tire, and to our surprise, they ended up stealing the tire pressure sensor. When she brought this to their attention because the tire pressure light wouldn't turn off, they insisted on installing a new sensor at an exorbitant cost of a couple of hundred dollars. This kind of dishonest behavior is completely unacceptable and has left a lasting negative impression on me. Considering these experiences, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this auto shop. The questionable pricing practices and the incident involving the stolen tire pressure sensor are clear indicators of the shop's lack of professionalism and honesty. In my opinion, it's best to avoid this place altogether and seek services elsewhere where you can trust that your car will be taken care of properly. Be careful, everyone, and choose your auto shop wisely.
