So … I woke up to a flat tire. Had an oncology appt at 10 am and it was already 9:15! I go in at 9:30 and say sorry … but I’m in a huge hurry if possible. Dude moved with a purpose. First told me he didn’t have anything for my car but new tires. Aired up my donut first, reminding me not to go over 45-50. I had a decent drive… so I then told him to go ahead and put the new tire on instead. No kidding. From the time I walked in to paying and leaving … 10 minutes and I was on time to my appt. WOW. jUST WOW. Super impressed … highly recommend and thanks for your hard work! You are appreciated

Guys there were awesome I took my explorer to get diagnosed and they couldn't exactly pin point what was wrong but did let me know I needed and alignment and maybe a steering wheel sensor. And because they couldn't fully diagnose it didn't charge me the fee. Awesome and honest highly recommend

Definitely had to have some break work done on my vehicle. They definitely took care of the problem, into my surprise the price was very reasonable. I definitely look forward to coming back here for more service if needed. Hopefully for not a while though. Lol

Went here months ago because my car was shaking a lot while driving it. I chose this place cause I read about their professionalism and being priced fairly but that wasn't my experience unfortunately. Paid over $1000 to have all brakes replaced and I'm still having the same problem happening so I essentially paid for nothing except to keep having this problem. Another issue was that I told them that my bf works from 7am to 7pm but if he got out earlier before they closed up at 5 that we'd go get the car asap but that didn't happen fast enough for them and they called every day for 3 or 4 days hounding me to come get my car or they're not responsible for any thefts that happen to it while on their lot (it sounded like a threat honestly for me to hurry up and get it, or else). We were tired of being harassed with calls daily so my bf had to go into work later than usual and lose hours so we could get the car as soon as they opened. We were there waiting before they opened and they got there like 5 or 10 mins past the time they should've opened. Was all around a bad customer service experience unfortunately and I'm out $1k while still dealing with the same car issue.

Ash got me a new tire at a great rate and fixed it fast. I run my own pest control company... Getting a flat really messes up my appointments. He was great! Got me fixed up real quick!

By far, the best shop I've ever been to. Honest people and very knowledgeable. I recently had throttle body issues with my Jeep patriot, and got a diagnosis from Ash and the other tech (I forget his name, but he's awesome too). They told me what it could be and recommended a second diagnosis from the dealership. So I got a diagnosis from them and found out it was, in fact, the throttle body. But the dealership was going to charge more than $1200 for the part, not including labor! So I called up OneStop and they already gave me a quote of half that price. So far, so good with my jeep not having issues! These people are amazing! I wouldn't listen to the bad reviews. When I was there the first time, one of their regular customers told me "You brought your car to the right place. Ash has saved me a lot of money and is very honest." So that right there sealed the deal for me. Word of mouth is the best advertisement out there. I will definitely be bringing my jeep and any future car to this shop for routine maintenance or repairs. Thanks guys!!

I paid 75 for them to find out why my car was overheating. They told me it was my thermostat, and it would cost 375. So I had them do the work and paid them. My car was still overheating after the work was done. That's when he begins to tell me, my pressure line was unable to be bleed. So I was just out of money. I can't understand how they took my money to fix a problem, that never got fixed!!!. That's why I paid the original 75 to find out what was wrong, before he did the work. I will never go to them again. It's sad people just think about money, and don't care who gets hurt in the process. Never again 😞

Was selling a car and the buyer wanted them to look at it. The owner came out even though he was ridiculously busy and gave a quick thorough and fair to both parties evaluation. I didn't get any service there that day, but I definitely will give them a shot in the future.
