Everything is fine but this is very weird my range headlights was perfectly fine and when i get back my car from service this moisture in the headlight which seems like they did something to it and they are saying leave head lights on and moisture get dried and this is 1st time i send my car to them leave it for almost week and this thing happens. If you are planning to take your car on service please do it while you are there.

While the facility is top-notch, and the employees are friendly, I’m very disappointed with the integrity of the inspection. I took my car in for a specific concern and a diagnostic. They came back with 5 “yellow” and 1 “red” recommended services. I thanked them and took my car to another repair place for a second opinion. Multiple technicians inspected the car and found that the “red” issue did not exist, and same for two of the “yellow” issues. I will not be returning to Onyx unfortunately.

If you need bmw service , I’d call in and ask for Chris Elizondo. He was very friendly and didn’t trying to oversell us anything we didn’t need. Will be going back and making sure we talk to Chris

Awful customer service. Rude employees. They didn’t even perform the service we had scheduled for and charged us anyways for the wrong service. Then we brought the car in again for the right service and they tried charging us again. Even though we had paid the time before but they just did the wrong service. Awful awful awful experiences on multiple occasions.
