First and foremost awesome team, Jon is stellar in his manner and business. Straight to the Point, honest and forthcoming when presented with questions. I love their pictures they send you of issues found or ones checked you come in concern with having transparency before returning. Got my car assessed and fixed same day, great prices very reasonable and way better than dealer pricing. The gentleman who drove shuttle today was polite, great convo, and very safe transporting me and my five year old. First time going here and will be returning. Fantastic job! Will highly recommend

PEOPLE HERE REALLY GOT MY CARS ELECTRICAL BETTER...OLD PILE 91 SENTRA W/BODY DAMAGE.. I HAVE A REPLACEMENT LIGHT AND WIRING...GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS...I PULLED IT APART & PUT IN NEW PIGTAIL...NOW FIXED!!!

So my experience at OOROO was so good, I just felt like I had to leave a review even though I don't write many reviews and especially about recommending an Auto Shop. First off, John is absolutely awesome! Your greeted and treated excellent from the momont you walk through the door! This is the first shop where you don't feel pressured about add ons/up sells. John just tells you what they find and if you want a quote or want them to do it, its up to you. No pressure! And you never feel like its a scam. They are highly knowledgable and customer service is incredible. If your looking for an excellent service shop, this is it! Thanks again, John!!

They were very professional and courteous not only on the phone when they were very busy but also in the store where as most other mechanics seem to be rather irritated at human presence, their prices were also very very fair.

Called just to get a quote on a noise. $145/hr. DO NOT GO TO A SHOP THAT QUOTES $145/HR just for a noise check that takes 3 minutes. when you can get a 21 point inspection for cheaper. Way cheaper.

I have been working with John and Corey at OOROO for about a year and I cannot say enough POSITIVE things about them. They and their staff of mechanics have kept my 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX running like a song.

It's been a great experience every time I've taken my vehicle in. Ooroo's gave me a much better quote to rebuild my truck's engine than the dealership did. It's an older mid-sized pickup, but with that type of vehicle being so hard to find these days I felt much better about repairing it than I did about giving it up and buying some pricey, oversized truck (or paying 12+ grand for a decent preowned mid-sized pickup). Ooroo's took good care of us, and turned the work around quickly. The truck being as old as it is had a few other issues that needed addressing, and a year later I brought it back to Ooroo's to replace some faulty engine coils. The cost was competitive and they once again turned it around in just a few days. Now my old pickup is running great, and it's all thanks to the guys down at Ooroo's. It's so nice to have found a shop that I can trust, and you can be sure that they'll always get my business for as long as I'm in the area. These guys are transparent, communicate well, and do business with integrity. I could not recommend them more.

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Plus, they offer a shuttle to and from the shop. Got some much needed maintenance as well as fixed some wiring that some mice thought was a block of cheese... lol. All and all a great experience.

March 5th 2024: Once again Rory and Team Ooroo are professional, courteous, friendly, and very competent. They took care of my three vehicles in three days for oil changes and checkups. I highly recommend. I hung out in their cool lobby while I waited for an oil change. They have nice furniture, music, complimentary refreshments, and magazines. Thanks again, you guys rock!

Very happy, the price was fair. It’s a clean and professional shop. I only had a belt replaced, no trouble shooting or extensive repairs, but if need be I’ll go back and would recommend this shop to friends

I had a great experience at OOROO Auto. This is the kind of dedication and experience that you want. My mechanic, Zach, stayed with me until we nailed a solution to a computer programming problem. Rory, a supervisor, made sure that I had quality parts and a satisfactory solution. I’m really happy with the service I received at OOROO. I recommend d this shop!

My 2010 Volvo needed new rotors and pads front and rear, Ooroo Auto - Vail was able to inspect and repair my car within 1 business day. Unfortuanly, the first set of new front rotors had a factory defect, so they were replaced again at no additional charge. They stand behind their work. I highly recommend them for "Luxury" car repairs. Will recommend them to my peers.

If you're okay with them not preforming services you asked for and preforming what THEY want to do,making excuses for not using their shuttle service they offer and using YOUR vehicle even though you stated you have a carseat for said shuttle. And having your check engine light come on a week after they have your vehicle, power steering fluid being EMPTY after leaving their shop(but is fine now after being filled even though they claim a leak)No oil change done even though that's what you requested and is in a 90k service at most good auto repair shops. This place is terrible,they took advantage of a sick single mom needing help. They pick and choose what they wanted to do for a 90k mile service that was being paid for by an amazing place that helps people in our community. I'm baffled at the email response I received from Lindsey the director of operations. MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING BEING TOLD TO YOU AND GET AN ESTIMATE EMAILED TO YOU BEFORE AGREEING TO ANYTHING! I never received an estimate,I was trying to write everything down a Rory was quickly giving a list of things that "needed to be done."

these guys are amazing and super nice. they are a little expensive but its worth it because they use quality parts. they don’t try to rip you off and are literally amazing. highly highly recommend them for any auto needs!
