Bought my car new 8.5 years ago. The Team at Oregon replaced the struts and complete assembly and my car has never driven so smooth. Thanks again guy. My husband will be bringing his truck to you all soon for some ABS light on. Talk to you soon

From the moment I walked in until the end of my visit, everyone was very professional and friendly. The person (forgot his name) even offered to put air in my tires after he did my inspection. This was not my first time here. We will return.

I came for an oil change, but I got so much more than that after speaking with the owner while the vehicle was being serviced. Not only was the servicing fast, the amazing chat made it seem like a lot shorter. I caught them about 30 minutes before closing, but I didn’t feel rushed or like I needed to come back. Wonderful, knowledgeable, polite owner and staff. My only complaint was the oil change notification was still on, but my vehicle is much older so it wasn’t that great of a deal. I will return for future servicing. Thank you✨

Beware with the fake positive reviews this business gives themselves!!! Actually listen to the negatives ones because that’s the truth behind this place. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here!!! They will overcharge and try to keep your car!!! They did it to me. I came in for an ac check and oil change. Once they quoted me an over priced estimate I declined. 2,400? Yeah right. Then they hit me with a $500 diagnostic fee. NEVER did I agree to any services being done on my vehicle. Watch out!

I had a big emergency one morning & Mr James was so nice as well as his mechanics and the front team they worked with me got me in same day repaired my vehicle they really saved my day that morning. I wouldn’t have made this review until i got a link to give a review and read others. I waited to see if everything worked out and it didn’t. Here’s the story: had a starter go out for a 2018 A6. Was kinda in a rush cause I broke down on the way to work so I got on google & tried to find a place to tow it to. I knew my starter was going out cause the bearing was misfiring and you could hear it like a week or 2 prior. First, he said he could have it fixed the next day if I committed within the time window he stated. My bday was Saturday so i wanted my car Friday so i pulled the trigger even though me and my dad thought that was kinda pricey. Whatever. I said okay. Long story short. The part didn’t come the next day then he said it would come Saturday. Saturday it didn’t come so basically I got rushed & the part ended up coming on Monday, as if i didn’t give the okay before the cut off. He blamed the people who was bringing the part. I was kinda frustrated but my mom talked me down. I get it back Monday. All good. After a few days driving it it felt like my car was vibrating a little too rough. To where all the stuff in my car door was making annoying rattling cause of the hard vibration. I know my car. Audi’s are quiet. This my second one. They arent rough & loud. So i drove it a few more days & was like let me call just in case. Maybe it would be an easy fix. Whatever it was, I just knew my car wasn’t shaking like that, prior. So, I called & pulled up when i got off. He comes out to listen & within 2 sec. he asked me to leave it but i couldn’t just leave my car. So i was like let me get ahold to my parents to use one of there cars. Then he said it would be 150 to put it on the machine. Mind you, when I was about to give a review from the link sent the next day, before hitting send, idk what told me to scroll down but I did & seen others experiences. So, I held off & did some research. HE CHARGED ME 100$ LESS THAN WHAT AN OFFICIAL AUDI DEALERSHIP WOULD COST. I don’t need to explain that any more. We all know how price gouging foreign dealerships are. So when he told me that 150, i was already thinking in my mind like damn, the comments were right, you do find a charge for every little thing. I JUST GAVE YOU $1763 to change an alternator. If you was giving me a 3-400$ discount from what a dealership would cost (your words), why did Audi tell me they woukd charge a lil over 1800? So, in hindsight, I should’ve just took my car to Audi central. I’m pretty sure my car wouldn’t sound & ride rougher than before changing a measly alternator. & just like the reviews I should’ve read before going there said, it does feel like they want as much money from you as they can get. I was this close to saying yes to him changing my oil when he called & asked. I thought he was being helpful when he told me the route to take to see if a light on in my car was do to a new part being installed not being updated or something. Thats why i was gonna leave a good review cause the experience was smooth, up until I did some after-the-fact research & how i noticed my car was driving kinda funny. Who knows why it’s driving like that, that remains to be seen. But the facts are there ain’t no way y’all should be 100 cheaper than an Audi dealership, then begging for 150$ after somebody just gave you damn near 1800 for a small job. Then he’s gonna say “my guy doesn’t work for free.” Tf does that even mean? His pay is contingent on pressing a button on a machine that’s more than likely gonna tell you the same thing it told you when you printed out the diagnostic papers for me after you were finish with the alternator? I looked at him crazy & said 150 DOLLARS? I was like Naah. Then he gonna say “no worries.” Yeah. No worries, it’s not your car or money. The money is already made for you, & then some. When i get Audi to look at the skid & airbag light, I’ll ask them how you made my car a tractor. It’s desolate there for a reason & the 2 shops i called before was backed up for a reason. I made reminders to write this, idc how long I waited. Lol

My experience was phenomenal. So I've always taken my BMW to the dealer to get fixed. I love to go there because of the customer service that is provided. I drove by Oregon and saw a BMW certified specialist flag so I was like why not. I drove up and noticed that they had cars in the bay area and it was very neat and clean. When I walked in, everyone greeted me. It was like I walked into C'C's pizza. They were happy to see me. That was a first for an automotive shop. I explained my issue and quoted me the diagnostic price. It was very reasonable and they shuttled me to my location. I already felt like I was at the BMW dealer because that is exactly how they treat me. They called me with the issue and asked if I wanted to get it fixed and of course I said yes. Then they offered me a loaner because it was going to take a few hours and they were closing for the day. that was another plus and that is the same service I get from the BMW dealer! I was so happy. My car was ready the next day as they promised and they suggested some other items I needed to get done and for a fraction of the cost, so I let them fix that as well. I was so thrilled with the customer service and now that my car is fixed. It was so stressful driving my car around not knowing what was wrong with it, but even stressful trying to find the time and a great honest mechanic that would fix it and not break the bank or try to scam me. Im happy that I found them! It's hard to find good mechanics these days so when you find them, hold on to them.

They have always been honest and fair , been a very long time customer, their computer doesn't go as far back as Ii have been going there . good honest people who take care of my family cars ,nobody has ever worked on family cars except their shop, won't go anywhere else can't trust anyone else, I am a life long customer of Oregon

I have been going here for years to get my car serviced and the manager has been very helpful to me. I feel like they are honest people and I’m very pleased with their service plus they always give me chocolate while waiting for my car. Lol

They are my new automotive shop. Family owned, very friendly and helpful. I had an expensive fix and they through in a few freebies. (Carwash and vacuum). They had my car ready in 4hrs when all others told me 2 or 3 days. Love this place.

They do really great work, including Tesla repairs for half of what Tesla would charge. Been coming here since 2018 and have never had a negative interaction.

Absolutely horrible! Would never go there again or recommend. Ruined my car with the wrong oil. Moment I drove off following the oil change, my engine light came on and it’s been a mess since then. Took it back to them to see if issue can be looked into and the older guy who is apparently the owner was fast to become defensive and dismiss me. Then he asked his worker to drive my car to the front and give me back my keys. I’ve driven my car for 4 years with no issues and never had any engine problems until I went to them for an oil change. Car was perfectly okay prior to the oil change. No engine lights or warning lights on the dash board. Its just so disappointing that not only do I have to spend a lot of money fixing my car somewhere else, they lack the professionalism to treat clients with respect and dignity. And don’t get me started on how they rip you off, oil change for $190?? Same oil change that everyone does for less than $100. Paid $190 to get my car damaged. Beware of the owner (pictured below)! I’m glad someone already posted about him and warned as well. Read the 1 star reviews. This is my biggest regret!
