Went in asked if they had specials for oil change packages! Young man said Mobile does but it asks a lot of questions for a $10 gift card! I said Advanced Auto does buy a gallon of oil get a free oil filter, you do that? He said no. I asked if they do specials he said you can go back there and look and see! So I guess I gotta walk around the store and read all the signs and figure everything out myself! I ended up walking out with nothing and going to advanced Auto where they help me quickly and promptly. Just need to vent will not return. I’ll drive the extra 3.4 miles to somewhere else.

I needed the bulb for my tail light replaced on my truck. I took it to the repair shop and they wanted one hundred dollars. I said no thanks. So I stopped at O'Reilly for a bulb . The counter guy said he wasn't busy and offered to change it for me. I really appreciated the awesome customer service.

I came in here today for about the 500th time and realized I've never had a bad experience, whether buying or returning a part, except when it was my fault. Their order times are almost always same day or next and their friendly staff actually calls you when your part arrives. Their return policy (you never need a receipt if you're registered with them) and prices are usually just a little better than their competitors too. If that isn't worthy of a 5 star review, I don't know what is.

Got a battery and they installed it for me. Very personable and knowledgeable staff. Customer service is an excellent reason as well as good inventory...to visit for your automotive needs. They've been my go to for years.

Came in because I needed a battery and Jeremy was extremely helpful. Took him some time because the connectors around the battery were corroded, but he was patient, and he provided tips to prevent further issues going forward. Great customer service.

Very friendly staff ready to help you as soon as you walk in the door, I once left my registration that I use as a reference for parts number and year model, and never knew it was gone the young man working there after returning a few weeks later remember me and returned all my information and registration for my vehicle I highly very clean bathroom friendly and awesome service 👍👍💯

I had a battery trouble so I went there. Robert met me at the door and just took care of it. He ran a check to make sure it was only a battery problem and the rest of the car was fine. He replaced the battery and I was ready to go in just a couple minutes, I kid you not. I wasn't there over 5 min. Robert was very friendly and courteous.

I went to go get headlight replacements from them since they’re less than a mile away from my house. They helped me instantly, got exactly what I needed, you name it. Then they went over the top and installed them for me AND showed me how to do it for next time. I’m trying to be more handy and more independent so this was phenomenal. I really appreciate it, guys!
