Like it better than the other 2 auto parts on riverside… not as busy have parts available, and don’t have to park super far because the shade tree mechanic are in the whole parking lot

The manager at this store was wonderful! He helped me replace the battery on my car fob and even fixed the “open” button that has been broken for the last couple of years. He was very thorough in explaining exactly what the cause of the stuck button was how he was remedying it. I am so grateful for the professionalism and expertise and will definitely be coming back to this location for future automotive parts needs

The friendliest place I’ve been so far. I frequent the store and let me tell you. Those gentlemen will get you part even if they are not in store. They are intentional with the work. I highly recommend you going to this location.

After waiting for 10 minutes in line to get my CEL code read, both employees (one of which was “in charge” according to the other) at the front refused to help me stating that they had to help the line first, even after I told them I had just waiting through the whole line. Will not be returning.

I am literally the first customer in the store and pick my item but the manager Jose behind the counter won't check me out because another man has walked in and is standing here thinking. everyone is at a stand still and this man refuses to check me out. I explain my Dior situation and he says he doesn't have to sell me anything! I'm from fort worth and the employees are considerate and care about their jobs and the business. so he is losing a $300+ sale right now. I'd like to speak to someone else in regards to my visit. I'm going to look into the information for the owner of the store. I had to walk out and go to auto zone because this man is the worst customer service representative I have ever met.

I work for a huge company that uses O'Reilly auto parts multiple times per day. Walked in this store with a group 31 battery and went to the front counter. Worker was sitting down playing on his phone and told me that I needed to go to the back for help. Carried the battery to the back and they too were just talking amongst themselves not trying to help me at all. I'll use Napa from now on.

Today as in 8/13/23 your employees have had the place close for lunch since 11:45am and I went right now again 3:44pm and it’s still closed!!!!!! There are two guys in there….. I guess they don’t want to work!!!!!!
