I orders brake lines for my company truck and was told they would be in store the next morning. I called and checked to see if parts were on the next day and they were not. I waited a few more days and went by the store. I was told the snowstorm had delayed shipments so I asked them to call me when the parts came into the store. No call came for the next 4 days. When I called back today asking if the parts were on they said the order had been sent back after being in store for three days. I have been a customer for over 30 years and this is not how loyal customers should be treated so I will find a new parts supplier for all my vehicles from now on.

From one brother to another my guy was very helpful, knew what he was talking about, and even helped me install my new part and we had a genuine conversation. Keep on working hard you are definitely an asset and I appreciate you.Will definitely be back to this location just off the service alone. I believe the young man’s name was Prince.

There were some very helpful gentlemen in here and one of them put my headlight on for me. I appreciated their knowledge about the headlights I needed and the time they took to put it on for me at no extra charge.

Such amazing service. I was having a lot of difficulty changing the drivers side DRL on my Volkswagen and had 3 different guys here trying to get it switched. One even came from home to help me, and then after fixing it in just a few short minutes he wouldn’t let me pay him! I believe his name was Mark, although his coworkers referred to him as the car wizard. Overall I am extremely happy and will be returning for my future car needs. Thank you OReilly team!!

I ordered brake pads online. That process was seamless, what got yall a 1 star review was the fact the email I received said pick up time was 1 hour. No problem, I waited several hours and never received a email that my pads were ready to be picked up. I finally called 6 hours after I ordered them, the gentleman on the phone said they wouldn't be ready for pick up until the following day. So 24 hours later I called and my pads were ready for pick up. You should inform people that the 1 hour window is pointless. This whole thing reconfirmed why I order most every online and have it shipped to my home. O'Reilly's, yall should be ashamed of your performance. Can't recommend to anybody with the unreliability. It's 2024 and majority of my purchases are online. My reviews are principle based.

Definitely will Never go here again 3 ppl in store workers. 2 young 1 older who had lil knowledge on the battery for my car to remove casing from the battery to the alternator. Then of course battery was dropped an he thought he would still put in my car Nope i demanded another one . I could go on about the crazy train but rather not again will never recommend this store hire new knowledgeable ppl or train them !!!!! End of it all it took a female to help worker install my battery .

FML NEVER AGAIN! I ordered parts, they said they would be in at 10:30am next day, cool. They called at 10:30am and informed me all my parts came except one and that it would be in at 1:30pm, alright cool. I show up at 3pm and no one seems to know where my parts are, who called me, the initial order etc. Obviously when you apply they require "simpletons" fill out their application with a blunted off crayon. And while I wait for the "incompetent" I have been watching an employee "attempt" to install a battery in a customers car for over 25 minutes and appears to be no closer to accomplishing this than when he started. So if you're looking for a place to waste a ridiculous amount of time with zero employee knowledge or accountability then this would be ideal for you.

Fui y no sabían que tipo de parte era la que estaba buscando incluso con el número de serie de la pieza no daban con ella fui al AutoZone y nomás llegando nos atendieron con. Amabilidad nos dineron que no encontraban la pieza pero que esperara unos minutos y después de dos o tres minutos la pieza estaba en mis manos gracias AutoZone O'reilly deberían de capacitar y tener personal bilingüe

I’ve had the best experience at this store. I came in with a dead battery. They changed it for me and also change the battery in my key fob. They were kind, courteous and helpful. Totally recommend this store..

Terrible company, and always understaffed. Update this place was bad. It's gotten way worse. The place is constantly mess, The workers there are definitely not willing to help. Half of them didn't even have on any kind of uniform so I was unaware that they were even working there. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse Just when I thought I couldn't get any worse, it does. I used to work at O'Reilly's and I didn't know much about cars when I started there but I know quite a bit now so when I walked in to maybe get some help on some issues I've been having on my car I asked both the employees there if they knew anything about cars and they both told me not really lol. There were carts full of stuff everywhere with product that needed to be put away. The store was complete mess. Oh, it used to be the only place to be able to use the bathroom in that shopping area. But even if they do let you use it now I wouldn't suggest doing it because I don't think I've seen a dirtier bathroom in my life 🤯 If I could rate this place is zero I would.

There’s never an employee to help you, always have to wait because they are always short staffed. The manager is a kid. Worse place I’ve ever been to buy car parts. I now go to auto zone
