Imagine a place where people from all walks of life can go and take care of their car. Imagine a place where you can not only buy parts, but install them if you have the ability to. That was the reason this specific store was so good. It's the only one in the area that has a non-gated and flat parking lot that is large enough to allow cars to pass by if you're doing repairs. This place was a gem. Was. After a decade or however long this store has been open, they put up a sign saying no repairs in the parking lot. I've put in well over 20 hours of work this year doing minor repairs. I'm pretty sure every employee has seen me work on my car, and one even handed me a tool to borrow while I was sitting on the ground changing my brakes. There's no argument one can make about it never being allowed, because the employees allowed it. I'm in distress about my car now because I don't know how I can do repairs now. I can't afford to bring it to a mechanic and I don't know anyone with a driveway or garage. I hope the store owner can reconsider, because otherwise they've succeeded in losing many loyal customers. Note: This review is not a reflection of the employees who deserve 5 stars and go out of their way to help people. This review is for corporate or whoever decided to put up that sign.

Needed new windshield wipers, called ahead to make sure they had them and the staff were great. Offered options, made recommendations (no surprise they were the most expensive choice), but weren't pushy. They installed the wiper blades for me and took away the trash. We were in and out and on our way and what a difference new blades makes! Yay!

Dajon really saved the day for me. I came in ten minutes before closing and asked for help with the code reader because the maintenance light came on. Dajon came outside to help. He was very knowledgeable and taught me some really useful things about my car! And he was so nice!! He even stayed 10 minutes past closing to help. I have to drive far tomorrow and he made sure my car was ready for that. I feel so much better knowing the things he taught me. Thank you, Dajon!!!

I was made to feel like a liar when I asked if the employee could apply a veteran discount. I showed my California drivers license with the veterans designation on it, and she seemed confused by it. She insisted that I needed a number that could be found on a “military card”, which I didn’t have since I’m not in the military anymore or a military retiree. When I explained that, they asked for the last 3 of my social security number. Of course I’m not going to give any part of my social to a random person, so I refused. I’ve never had this problem before at any other oreilys in SoCal and NorCal. I served for over 10 years and I’ve never had such an awful interaction. I’ve proven my service with my CA ID, which should have been enough. Instead I was blamed for not having number and she acted like she was doing me a favor for still applying the discount. Kept putting the blame on me as I walked out. I won’t be back here.

Completely unwilling to assist a motorist because it was “too close to closing” (30 mins). Hey Siri, remind me to skip this location next time - the only thing they offer is laziness.

Good store, well-stocked, but this time it wasn't helpful. They told me the wiper blades replacement I needed required a full arm assembly (at least the computer told them so). Well, it didn't, because I bought the replacement elsewhere and fixed it myself in 30 seconds.

Someone has stolen my back license plate. Please suggest that I go to O'Reilly's to get the screws. I went and I found them not to be of any help at all I felt the gentleman at the counter was rude! So then I went to AutoZone and they're the young lady took me and showed me and help me and I was able to buy the screws for the license plates. The people at AutoZone are awesome. Thank you for your good customer service. 😕😊

This O'Reilly's has always been a good place to get auto parts. The staff has changed over the years but has always been friendly and helpful to me even when I'm not buying anything. Thanks for there help guys, great job!

Really friendly customer service. I was able to get my vehicle scanned after seeing warning lights come on. They printed a sheet with the codes and suggested a part that could be replaced. Didn’t try to upsell on anything.

I had my old car battery charged and tested for which I realized they do it for free. The employees working there are very knowledgeable and courteous to the customers’ needs. After slow charging the battery we learned the battery doesn’t hold the charge for which we had to replace it.

Thanks to Jamie I got my engine air filter on my 2018 Subaru Outback changed with no problem at all! I was worried about doing it myself and was so glad to have the help of Jamie. Now I can do it myself next time! Learned something new.

Very nice employees. One of the guys helped me figure out which windshield wipers adapter I needed, and basically did all of the work in the parking lot for me! 5 🌟
