Poor customer service. Sometimes it's better for the associate to admit that they don't have knowledge about something than to try to trick the customer that they do. I learned that you can't assume that the people on the other side of the counter, wearing a company t-shirt know basic things about products that they sell. The guy didn't even know the pattern for license plates in California and confused a zero for the letter O when entering a license plate. It's 1 number, 3 letters, then 3 numbers in CA for standard license plates; you would think someone who works with cars every day would have noticed that at some point in their career.

Josh was great he spent 10 minutes outside in the heat to get our car working right he is a 10 awesome dude.. Bill is managing it very well great place I will travel the distance to visit them again...Now I have Air conditioning with the can he recommend.

Oil change. They had a great deal going for the oil and filter. They're always helpful and if they don't have what I need, they will assist me with ordering it.

Josh was really a great help. Not only he helped me install my battery on my 2022 Camry, he was also very patience. Kyle and the whole team were very friendly as well and very knowledgeable. This is by far the one of the greatest customer service I’ve ever received in O’Reilly. Thank you so much I would be coming for sure in the future.

I don’t shop here very often. My cars are normally serviced by the dealership. The times I do shop at this particular O’Reilly’s they have been very helpful and knowledgeable.

Car threw a code letting me know the 12v battery was on the way out. Kyle helped me out with everything and had a nice conversation. Rest of the staff were all amazing and friendly too. This is how you run a shop. I've gone to O'Reillys over the years but this was definitely the best experience. Cheers

O'Reilly's is a good place to go if you're going to buy little things that the parts there are so expensive I'd rather go online just to let you guys know look online for first or look up on your phone car parts stores before going to O'Reilly's
