I had stopped by the store to see if my battery levels were low, and not only did Ryan(an Oreilly’s employee) come out to check my battery he also saved me from a future problem that would’ve put me in more trouble so I want to give my review that the waxahachie Oreilly’s store is indeed a good place and Ryan was very helpful tonight!

I'm sick of this place. Call and ask if they have a part in stock, and they claim to. You drive 20 minutes here, just to be told it's not in stock. I'm done with O'Reilly Auto Parts. It's Napa and Auto Zone from here on out.

Been here multiple times and always a great service from the staff. Huge shoutout to Brian! I go in 30 minutes before they close and he goes beyond to help me out. He explained to me why my issue probably arose, he told me the best way to fix it, and really put his expertise into the equation. Just the best customer service I’ve had in a while. But shoutout to the entire team! Keep it up

Had to return a part that was purchased at a different location. Had receipt and original box. The manager and salesman were cool about it. Thanks! I'll be referring my customers to them for window motor and regulator parts. For sure 🤙
