Orem's did what a good shop does. Orem's recently worked on my car, they made a mistake, took responsibility for the mistake and made it right. They were honest, forthright, and courteous. I have used them in the past without any problems at all. Its good to know when a problem does happen, they handle things respectably. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others in the future.

I ended up getting stuck on the side of the road late one Saturday. My tow truck guy ended up being parked at this spot. He put me on the phone with someone that was still at the shop. They listened to my issues and suggested I let me take a look and pick it up Monday. Monday morning came, I called and they told me what it was. I was so nervous that it was going to cost an arm and a leg but the repair was so minor that he said no charge! So patient & professional! Although I pray I don't have any car issues anytime soon, but when I do this is where I'm coming!!

I've been coming here for a while now and I've always had good experiences. Prices are affordable, well under other quotes I'd gotten in the first few visits, and I'm always taken care of. Originally, I tried this shop because my grandfather had his truck repaired here and he loved the service. Hearing that from someone as picky as him was surprising, and after the years I've been bringing my cars here I can see why he likes it so much.

Mechanic shop. Great service and affordable price! Update: Shop changed ownership. Previous owner, Mr.Russ, treated me so well, fixed my cars well and on time always, and at a price below the dealership price. But now, when I take my car there it takes over a week to get it repaired and at a price close to the dealership's. I changed star to 3 from 5. Note: The comments pre update were posted when Mr.Russ owned the shop. I was sad and happy to see him retire. I hope he's enjoying retirement 😀.

I took my truck in because it was squeaking whenever I would go over bumps. $700 plus later I was told the problem was fixed. It wasn't. My truck still squeaks everytime I go over a bump. FYI...the problem was a lower control arm bushing. The part is like $45.

I highly recommend this auto shop !!! Quentin is wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and honest.Took my silverado in had some issues going on with electrical harness he fixed it same day. Thank you Orems Garage definitely will be coming back.

Pulled in completely unannounced in need of rapid repair mid-roadtrip. They were super friendly, responsive and fixed my car in no time. Very high caliber and professional. Shop was incredibly clean and well run. Could not give it higher reviews!

I took my Cadillac to them because I needed a new starter. It took them 3 weeks to finally get it installed and he said it was because it’s North Star. When I got my car back, it started to shake a little so I took it back and they said they fixed the issue. A few days later, my check engine light comes on and the car is cutting off in the middle of the road but it would at least start back up. I take it back to them and they keep if for another 3 weeks just to tell me that it needed a computer and they don’t make those parts anymore. I get my car and take it to Another garage and the guys shows me where whoever did the last repair cut wires under the car and he showed me sparks flying from the exposed wired. He told me I was lucky my car didn’t catch on fire. The bad part is the owner Quincy politely lied to my face the entire time. It’s sad that you can’t find an honest mechanic.
