It is very rare to find service providers you truly trust. You can trust the folks at Orlando Auto Doctor. I have had many cars serviced over many years. Tired of auto repair vendors who are not straight with you about what you actually need vs. what is considered recommended service? Those vendors make it sound like the recommended service is an absolute necessity and you will be in danger if you don't listen to them. Drop these vendors and get to Orlando Auto Doctor! Jason (owner) told me my Buick Enclave's front struts were near the end of their life...and I certainly felt it driving the car. Jason agreed it was not a necessity. That was in 2021. Best auto repair shop I’ve ever been to. It’s been a while but the staff was polite. They didn’t try to rip me off, and did an excellent job explaining the problem and solution. They fixed my vehicle relatively quickly as well.

Came in for an oil change. Christine and Jason took care of me. Half way through, I was asked if I wanted to do my air filters as well. I said sure! I was in and out of there in less than an hour. I discovered them a few months ago when I needed brake work. I was truly satisfied with their work. Friendly staff, great work, and reasonable rates.

Hands down the best mechanic in town. So glad we finally have someone we can truly count on. They take care of the company I work for (Emerald Plumbing) and my personal vehicles. They are fast, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Not helpful. They took advantage of a situation when someone else took my car for me and they lied. Not cool. Very expensive diagnostic and they made some problem up then said they couldn’t fix it and just took the money. Scammers! I could have took my car somewhere else and gotten a diagnosis, the problem fixed with maintenance and better service for a little more than the diagnostic price. I thought this place would be good based on the reviews and how long it takes to get in there but was very disappointed! They might be good with some things and some people. I mean they have to stay in business right. Just be careful, and don’t go in confident that these guys are honest because they are not. I regret I took this chance with high expectations wasting my money and as a result I now can’t go anywhere else for awhile.

AMAZING PLACE. AMAZING SERVICE!!! I can’t say enough about how Orlando Auto Doctor’s went above and beyond in taking care of me as a customer. When we arrived to pick our car, the car we were driving in had a flat tire as we were turning off of Bumby. Of course it was closing time! While they themselves didn’t have a replacement tire in stock (with no notice) they called around and helped us find a replacement and even stayed over an hour late to get a new tire mounted. This place has won my service for as long as I am in Orlando. 100 star rating!

This place is terrible save your money... I do work on my own cars and was stumped when I changed my thermostat on my 2008 Infiniti fx35 and the car would still overheat. The person that worked on it (wouldn't call them a mechanic) said they needed to change the upper and lower thermostats? I questioned this since I know this car doesn't use two thermostat, asked them how much they said $800!!! At that point I said please do not touch my car will be there to pick it up, asked to speak with the guy who worked on my car asked him to show me where the 2nd thermostat is located he couldn't... they pretty much bleed the air out of my system and fixed my car (step I missed my own fault) but if I didn't know a little about cars they would have scammed me out of $800! Beware of this place...

Everything was done professionally. From the phone calls to confirm appointment to the follow-up phone call to confirm estimated costs for approval. To final pick up everything was done professionally. I had been a customer of another local garage for several years. But an estimate for repairs from that garage had me looking to compare costs. What I found was that they were not being completely honest and that the costs were outrageous. What I found in Orlando Auto Doctor was honest work for honest costs. I will be going to them from now on.

I've had lots of work done by these folks. Usually satisfied. The last time I went, however, they were very vague and unwilling to say they'd stand by their work on a major repair of 6k+. The owner said, "If you wanna hire me to do it, I'll do it..." But he danced around answering my question of "It's a huge job. Do you feel comfortable doing the job?" The repair was absurdly expensive, not their fault (expensive parts and their effort to be thorough), but they seemed to be pricing it and answering my questions with a "We don't want to do this job" kind of attitude. If so, just come out and say it. If you want a tune up or general maintenance, they're good. You often need to make an appointment and wait over a week. They're that good.

My fiance and I have been using this shop for years now. They're honest, don't over charge, and actually do the work necessary to get you going instead of piling on extras like the dealer always did. i.e. My fiance's AC was having issues and the dealership couldn't figure it out. Spent $1600 there and still not fixed. Went back to the dealership and they said it'd be another $2000. Long story short we didn't pay that, took her car to the Orlando Auto Doctor and they charged $60 for freon. We won't go anywhere else.

These guys are always great and you can trust them for an honest diagnosis. I was told I needed a new alternator and serpentine belt by two different major chain locations. Ended up taking my car to Orlando Auto Doctor to get the new alternator and they determined I only needed a new battery. They saved me $1000 when they easily could have still gone the alternator route and charged me much much more.
