YOU CAN TRUST THESE FOLKS WITH YOUR CAR. I’ve been bringing my Infiniti here since my go-to local mom and pop shop closed up over a year ago and I’m so glad I found them. This the most professional, communicative and transparent shop I’ve ever worked with. I really appreciate being sent photos and videos of the issues with the car and that they do NOT pressure to get work done or upsell you. This is how it’s done.

Hands down best experience with a mechanic in my life 🙌 I’ve been taking my Toyota Prius for a couple of years now for both oil changes and for any other concerns I may have. The gentlemen here treat you with respect, they are transparent and honest with you. There is no sleazy sales tactics behind their words. There is no condescending tone when speaking with me and I truly appreciate that as a woman. I know that I can trust them with my car 100%. I know that they are looking out for the best outcome for their customers. I used to take my car to the dealership for oil maintenances and I was frequently left disappointed with the poor quality of their service, communication, repairs, etc. But not at OIAS!! Highly recommend! Amazing job guys!! 👏

As a single woman who does not anything knows cars, I cannot stress enough how polite, professional, kind and patient Corey, Jack and Xavier are. They make sure to let me know about services that may need attention within the next few months and let me know what to be on the lookout for. When I don't understand something, they figure out a different way to explain it so that I do, never once talking down to me. Honestly their customer service is so far above other mechanic places I've been to that they're not even on the same grading scale. They always give me a quote so I know what to expect and can budget for it. If you are in need of a mechanic, I cannot recommend Orlando Auto Imports enough. They are the standard everyone else should aspire to.

I had my truck at 3 different local reputable shops in the area for a total of 3 months. No one could get it right so in a last ditch effort I dropped it off with Auto Import Specialist and the truck runs like a champ. Corey and his staff did a great job. I have found a new shop. I highly recommend them.

THIS IS RELIABLE, HONEST, AND PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A FAIR COST - YOU CAN TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. Please see the story below: The Toyota dealership misdiagnosed the issues at a Labor only cost of $2,600!. I took my Toyota 4Runner to Orlando Import Auto Specialists and they said to correctly diagnose they will pressure wash the bottom of the car, add dye to the oil, and then know exactly where it leaking. The Toyota diagnosis was not correct, after the proper way to diagnose Orlando Import Auto Specialists noted it was the crankshaft saving me the cost of as misdiagnosis. This business run by Cory (sp) Manager is ver polite, friendly, and honest so this is rare to find a mechanic that is honest and they are. Cory also noted that sometimes, on a rare occasion it could be the timing chain. So when my car dropped some oil a few days later I took it back into them. I was prepared to pay for the expensive cost of a timing chain, but they called me and said it was just some residual oil and there was no cost. I honestly believe any other mechanic shop would have taken advantage and charged. me - they did not and no charge to check and make sure it was not the timing chain. This place is the best, don't let anyone else fix your car. Thanks Cory and team, you are the best!

Orlando Import is hands-down the best shop in Orlando. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. For over two years, I struggled with an issue that no other mechanic could seem to fix. I visited multiple shops, but the problem just wouldn’t go away—until I brought my car here. The team at Orlando Import not only took the time to thoroughly diagnose and address the issue, they also kept me updated every step of the way. As a woman, it’s rare to find a shop where you feel genuinely respected and not taken advantage of, but these guys have earned my trust. They are professional, honest, and truly care about their customers. I’m so relieved to finally have my car running perfectly again. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! I won’t go anywhere else now. This is the best auto shop I have been to anywhere I’ve lived. Especially as a girl getting work done on their car, you worry about being lied to or swingled. With Orlando Import Auto Specialists, they are so patient and transparent about the vehicle and costs, and I have never felt pressured to buy or add on anything extra. It’s actually a relief to go to them instead of a nervous headache. Jack is amazing, always talks through the options with me, calls me with updates and options. Everyone there has been really kind and informative. I can’t say enough good things about them!

These guys are legit. Send me pictures of everything before starting work. Also found other issues I didn’t know of and let me decide whether or not to fix them. The work done has been flawless and have no complaints. If your in need of a trustworthy mechanic I would highly suggest these guys.

This is hands down the BEST auto repair shop in Central Florida! They're super honest, transparent, never try to upsell you, and their work is TOP NOTCH. They stand by their work, and I trust them unconditionally. Prices are really great too, and they'll tell you what you need to prioritize working with you on a repair plan if you cant afford to do it all at once. Seriously love everyone at this shop... hard working, honest, and can beat their competitors prices.

Very trustworthy, honest, mechanic! My husband met Cory when he lived near the shop. He has always taken care of our cars with care, and detail. Friendly, fast and fair! Nothing but positive things to say. I called to make an appt for an oil and air filter change and I’m at the mileage mark where I asked if they could see if there was service needed. They gave transparent pricing in advance, comp inspection with quotes and timeline of maintenance needed (nothing immediate - no pushy sales at all!). I told them I was afraid my tires were towards the end of life too and even though they don’t sell tires they checked them and advised me of tread for peace of mind. And did I say friendly? Overall great experience and will return.

Great store with a nice staff. Jack took care of me and my car and they even discovered an issue that my dealer couldn’t figure out, so safe to say these guys know their stuff. I’ll definitely be coming back for any issues I have in the future

I recently took a chance on Orlando Imports Auto Specialist with my 15-year-old Ridgeline, something I usually wouldn’t do because I’m very particular about who works on my vehicle. Normally, I take it to Honda, but this time I decided to explore other options. I’m thrilled I did. Despite my initial skepticism, the service at Orlando Imports exceeded my expectations. The team was professional and thorough, addressing the needs of my aging vehicle with expertise. Even when a minor mishap occurred—one of their techs accidentally cut my inner fender—they handled it with impressive integrity. Xavier was s great with communication and Eugene did awesome work. Not only did they promptly replace the damaged part, but they did so at no additional cost. This level of customer care is rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to quality. Orlando Imports Auto Specialist has won me over as a loyal customer. I’m confident in their ability to handle not only my Ridgeline but any future repairs for the rest of my family's vehicles. This was my first mechanic I’ve had to go to since I moved to florida and I will stick with them! Their diagnosis took one day and their online results contained pictures of the issues with the costs of each fix. The repairs took just two days, including ordering parts. Their labor rate is fair for the quality. I took my car in for failing ignitions coils and ac tune up. They suggested other repairs as well which I was able to approve or decline without being pressured.

I had an appointment for an oil change, but had a dead battery that morning. Let the shop know i was running late, and they still fit me right in, and had a battery for my vehicle when I arrived. Corey, Dwayne, Joe, and their team are top notch!
