The very beautiful and very professional Sarah attended to my issue, and she did a great job for customer service. The actual problem was never fixed though, i paid 220 dollars for them to not find the problem but find all the basic things a tire shop could have done for 100. The mechanics here are accustomed to plugging in a device that allows them to find the problem, and if that doesn't work...oh well. This place charges a lot of money for repairs that are 40% less in most other places and those places have a master mechanic at least 1-2days a week their for specific issues like mine. The amount of money Infiniti makes here is a windfall profit and when they hire lower level mechs and pay them less too.... it becomes frustrating to a customer.

Pricey and not able to solve simple things. Had a problem on my sunroof got charged $200 just for them to look at it, and they told me that I have to change the part that cost $1200. I found the part on another Infiniti dealer for $600, but got informed at the dealer that they couldn’t price match. I took the car to another shop. They fixed putting the part back on the place in less than 15 minutes, and ask me for $100 for it. Definitely not worth it to take your car there. Orlando has way better services in town.

Bryan at Infiniti’s service center is truly such an amazing Service Advisor! I had to tow my vehicle to the Service Center after getting a flat tire, but had the good fortune of having Bryan take care of me and my car. The moment I dropped off my car, I was proactively welcomed by staff and introduced to Bryan who reassured that my car would get taken care of in a timely manner. He made sure my car even got cleaned and detailed (woohoo!) and got a shuttle to take me to the mall which helped turn around the disappointment that comes with a flat tire. Additionally, I have a Tire Protection Plan which was purchased through a different dealership. Bryan went through the hard work of making multiple calls to verify if my plan would cover the cost of a new tire and installation (which it did!). Bryan and everyone at the service center went above and beyond to make sure I received great service (on same-day notice, too!) and I couldn’t be more thankful!

I haven’t even brought my vehicle in to get the Diagnostic it needs and I’m already getting a Good vibes from Infiniti’s Customer Service. Jaden from the Service Desk Really made me feel happy about bringing my car in. 👍

I need to warn the people to check everything in the car when you buy used car from Orlando Infiniti. They don’t do professional inspections and don’t give you the correct diagnosis in the service.

If I could give them a 10, I would in a heartbeat!!! I have purchased many cars and I totally hate the experience but this was an amazing experience. The moment my husband and I walked inside until with left with the keys if our car, they went all out. The sales man, Victor Mora was very professional, great personality and so easy to speak with. He didn't sound like a salesman or pushy. Mr. Mora gave his 💯 and more to make the sales perfect. The finance person went all out too, sorry I didn't keep his name. This definitely was an amazing experience. Thank you all!!!

My experience at Orlando Infiniti was great. I can’t say enough about Kavette. She is informative throughout the whole process. I had a puzzling issue with my vehicle and Kavette and her team figured it out. Going to a dealership is usually not the cheapest route for routine maintenance. The wonderful customer service at Orlando Infiniti is worth the hour drive and money.

Orlando Infiniti has been excellent! It is a beautiful facility with a great staff. We were given a loaner for our vehicle, and it was returned to us in great condition. A big thank you to Kavette our service advisor for all of her help, and thanks to Justin and to Jorge in the Parts department as well.
