Service was fine but you might get ripped off for pricing. Make sure you consult other mechanics before going here.

I got my first car here a couple months ago! I had an excellent experience at ORR Nissan of Wichita thanks to Alex Garcia! Alex was incredibly helpful! He speaks Spanish, which made the whole process much easier and more comfortable for me because of my Spanish speaking parents! His knowledge and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase!

Almost zero communication and unable to diagnose problems over several weeks, kept throwing parts at my vehicle and driving up cost with no results! Have had my car for almost 1 month and still can’t figure it out!!??

Was appreciative of the more in-depth troubleshooting job on my headlight. This was the third time I was in for my dead headlight. They feel as though the problem is now solved. I'm just curious as to why it happened or not detected sooner. Everyone there was most polite. I did get a little over-anxious as to how long I was there. But it's worth it if problem is solved. I'd ask though that if you know the issue will take longer than expected that you keep in touch with customer and not leave us wondering. It's also a very nice thing that you wash and vacuum my vehicle! That's a service I doubt other dealerships offer! Thank you!

If I could give negative stars I would. Service “pro” Jason has been nothing but disappointing since I’ve worked with him. Seriously HATE bringing my vehicles here for anything. Brought my vehicle in for a plethora of things to be done, recalls included, and always leave feeling less than satisfied. Jason works with me every time. He’s suppose to know what’s going on with my vehicle, he’s the only one who has ever dealt with me. Yet he doesn’t. Took my vehicle in once for issues with my battery and key fob batteries. Took FIVE hours for them to tell me nothing was wrong, must be my battery.(after two years- okay potentially). But not only that my key fob battery was changed, but within a week was already telling me it needed changed again and my horn to tell me it is locked or find my car won’t work… fast forward about 10 months. Several recalls and months later still having the same issue. Talked on the phone for a solid amount of time explaining the issues and why I was bringing it in AGAIN. So the day arrives for my scheduled appointment, drop it off and wait. Expecting all of my concerns to be addressed an answers to my problems. Nope, nothing even close to that. Jason just called to tell me by battery was bad… no way Jason, did you figure everything else out that I told you to look at, his response simply was, no but we certainly can look at that for you. SERIOISLY?! Three hours in your shop and you did nothing? You have NO answers? The battery is less than a year old, clearly it’s not a battery issue at the root cause and considering it’s the second time for bringing it in about the SAME thing and this would be the only reason I’m bringing it to YOU because hello my car is a Nissan and has some serious issues. Told them it could be a grounding issue, told them it could be related to one of the recalls, told them lots of things and yet they couldn’t even try to do ANYTHING?? Not to mention any time you need an oil change you better be prepared to be there for a scheduled appointment with them for at least 3 hours. Quit going to get oil changes when it wasn’t free, and quit dealing with their dealership as a whole 12/15/23.. Salina or Hutch seems way better of a fit than them. TRASH service from a TRASH company! Do not recommend. Told them not to do anything to my vehicle since the only reason I brought it in to be serviced for all things was convenience. Walk in for pick up and am still charged… seriously do not bring your vehicle here. Seems as though I knew more about cars than the service “pro” himself. Felt talked down to and disregarded, this might be true because I am a female and it happens everywhere- but seriously do better!

I took my Infiniti here because Steven Infiniti tried to tell me that I needed a new engine for $21,000. Thankfully I got a second opinion from Orr Nissan and they quickly and accurately diagnosed it as a bad fuel dampener and fixed it for only $800. I can not thank this location enough for providing me with an honest and accurate diagnosis and fixing the problem. Thank you so much!

I arrived to the que before 8 am and had my car after a total 4 hours which considering the amount of servicing and recall work needing to be performed wasn't bad. One of the services I requested was to analyze a "slipping" in the CVT transmission which is a known issue. This was resolved and the car is running like a new 2013 Altima. I wish to express my "thanks" to your customer service and technicians for helping keep my car in top shape!!

My son bought his car from them less than 2 months ago and took it in for repairs today. (Repairs that should have been done before he bought it!) They charged him ridiculous prices to do minimal work and didn't even fix what was wrong. He sat waiting for over 4 hours, while they kept telling him that first one thing, then another was wrong and needed to be fixed.(He might as well have taken it to Jiffy Lube. The same amount of rip-off artistry there.) They charged him a bunch of money to fix a piece that THEY broke. We were loyal customers to this business, but believe me, Never Again! They have lost us. He was treated so poorly! Very bad place, very bad people. If it had gone the other way around, we would have been on our way to jail!

Great people, but even with an appointment, it took more than 2 and a half hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated!! Everyone there seemed like they had a long wait too!! Driving over a half hour to get there just to sit for almost 3 hours seems crazy!

The people here are absolutely professional, friendly, and cheerful. I didn't see one employee that didn't show complete courtesy to everyone there. They would get a five star, but I was there for an obscure service estimate and was unable to complete my objective during my visit, and I think the wait was a reasonable amount of time, no too long
