This place has been a life saver for me. Friendly, great customer service. When I have had an issue with my vehicle, they took my car in same day service. Explain everything to me and kept me updated. Fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. And worked within my budget. Also guaranteed the work. Came in today because the reviews i seen were positive. They did not disappoint, greeted me as soon as i walked in. Got my car in immediately and started diagnosing everything i explained to them. You get to see what’s wrong or what’s broken and they’ll give you the option to get it done or walk so you know they’re not yanking your wallet for every penny. Prices were pretty good compared to other shops i called, and for the good quality of work they did i’m satisfied. They gave me lifetime warranties on the few parts i replaced and they’re customer service was immaculate!. Had a chance to meet the Owner Jimmy and he’s a REAL one, made the time i had to wait a breeze! Best Shop/Test Ride Experience I’ve Ever Had!!!

Took in my mothers vehicle today (1-15-2025) that was in an accident the day before. Drivers side tie rods, control arm, strut, sway bar were all damaged and they were able to replace everything and get it back to her in the same day. This is greatly appreciated 🙏🏽. Straight up stand-up guys as well. We appreciate the services.

Check them out, the parts they use are quality parts. I can trust them with my car. Very friendly, trustworthy, straightforward business. Elvis is very friendly, Jimmy knows how to close the deals with the best price and Miguel is very attentive. They helped me replace my brake pads and it was fast, when I drove off. No sound at all. The workers are awesome! Very polite does good work. The owner however can be rude and has the nastiest attitude trying to make it seem like I'm lying when I asked questions about service I received there and after. I really appreciate the worker that took his time to explain things clearly and calmly.

These guys went above and beyond. They were transparent, honest, and sent me updates with pictures along the way. I got a quote from a different shop prior that was roughly the same price, but upon talking to Jimmy I knew I wanted to bring my business here. He was confident and excited to do the work on my truck. He is genuinely proud of his work. So in turn it makes me proud to give them my business. Great experience, would highly suggest to everyone.

I had my car towed here because it completely cut off on me. I spoke with Jimmy and he told me to bring it in. He found out the problem right away. He was very helpful and even gave me recommendations on the next steps. Warm, inviting environment. I highly recommend!

I went in today and got my car checked out, they were very nice! They greeted me at the door and was very nice. One of the mechanics immediately test drove my car and was very straightforward with what was needed for my car. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Call for my check engine light my dodge challenger needed a tune up. Elvis and Jimmy are amazing with customer service and explain the leak found. All in excellent timing and same day service. I had an overly pleasant experience going into Ortega's complete auto repair today. They have mechanics ready and waiting to knock out whatever maintenance you need. I got my front rotors and breaks replaced in quick time with great customer service and fair pricing. Will definitely be going back for my rear rotors and brakes in the future.

The first person that I spoke to was very helpful and professional but the person that I worked with when I actually brought my car in and when I called back to get my back brakes done was rude and treated me like I was burdening him.
