Being a mechanic myself I am extremely sceptic of shops like these. But this service at Ortiz Jr is definitely a yes. Brought 3 different cars of mine with jobs to big for me and everytime they did it I. Under 24hrs cause I had work nxt day. With 3x cars. And all of them at a more then fair price. Mess with this place if u looking for a reputable mechanic at reasonable rates. You can't go wrong here

Me recomendaron este lugar y me gusto mucho, ya que me quedaron los frenos ala perfeccion, otros mecanicos querian cobrarme solo por verlo, mas aparte cosas de transmision que no eran verdaderas. Fui con ortiz jr y me gusto el servicio al 100 me senti en confianza ya que me dice que mi transmision todabia esta muy buena. Recomendado al 100

The best auto shop in LA ! Ortiz and his team are always kind, honest and service is always super quick. I have been taking my car hear for about 4 years after a friend told me this was the only place I should take my car, and now this is the only place I take my cars when they need work. Took my wife’s car here after the dealership couldn’t fix the issues with her suv or figure our the check engine problem after 3rd visit , Ortiz was able to figure the problem out in 15 mins ordered me the part and installed it the next day with no problems and super professional… will be recommending his work to everyone and coming back with all my vehicles Thank for the work and direct feedback

I've been coming here since 2013. They've worked on a Honda Accord 2002 I had and replaced the transmission. They just recently replaced the engine on a 2010 Ford Escape. Great work I recommend them and they guarantee their work.

They will scam you be careful, went in for an oil change, I brought everything myself, and tried to still charge me $80.
