Amazing!! I got a flat tire around 5 PM, the local BigO and Discount tire turned us down because they were booked. Ortiz tire shop fixed the flat in less than 10 minutes without an appointment !

I spoke today and the owner (Julio) answered me and I told him that the work they did on my truck was bad and he didn't care, I told him that I had no other way to go to his place if he could send someone to compose the bad job they did and he told me no and still giving an attitude that it's horrible that they don't care about their job and that they do their job poorly!! Hable hoy y me contesto el dueño (julio) y le comente que me dejaron mal el trabajo que le hicieron a mi troka y no le importo le comente que yo no tenia otra forma de ir A sia su local si el podria mandar a alguien a componer el mal teabajo que hicieron y me dijo que no y todavia dando actitud que horor que no les importe su trabajo y que agan mal su trabajo !!!

My tire was need to fix because the tire had the hole and then they take out the wheels bring inside the shop, just 5 minutes bring the wheel out they told me done but when I go home the hole didn’t fix I take the tire out off the rim and I saw they didn’t put the pad

These guys are super fast and super reasonably priced. Saved my life being open late on a Sunday too! Had tire locks I didn't have a key for and they knew how to get it off and change the tire.

Beyond Blessed that they are open on Sundays to fix my tire that had a screw in it. I can get to church now and I've never have to wait long after showing up to get service done from this place. I will always recommend this place

Sam was absolutely amazing! Called to see if they could help me fix a puncture and they told me it’s first come first serve but they should be able to help. I get there and Sam comes out and gets to work immediately. He popped the tire off, found a small nail in my tire, then told me it’d be $20 to fix. He fixed it extremely quickly and got me back on the road in no time. I’m very happy that I was able to get it fixed as other shops were giving me trouble and they were closed. Thank you Sam for your friendly service!

These guys are the best. I came here on a Sunday at 2pm and it took them less than 10 minutes to get my flat tire fixed. Before coming here I called about 15 places and nobody had time to help me. They’re super reliable, honest, and fast. I totally recommend them.

I called this place about 6 months ago to get my tire replaced. They said they had my size tire and to come in So once I get there they take the donut tire off. They tell me the tire that they were going to use was not good after all and that they don't have the right size so the guy I'm assuming is the manager or the owner says they could put on a different size that would be better than the donut tire and to call back in a week and maybe he would have the right tire So at this moment they've already got my tire off so I went ahead and agreed to it. Bad decision to say the least . They should have never taken my donut tire off without knowing for certain if they had the right tire. I will never use this place for my tire replacement again.

Would not install tires with one hour before closing even after we called first and they said they would. Nothing annoys me more than having my time wasted.
