Trusty worthy, no frills, no run around, no surprise pricing i Love this place. The guys here do great work at an affordable price. Will be taking my vehicles here every time I need tires. They even accepted venmo and zelle, which was so convenient for us in our situation. They ordered our set of 4 tires, and they got them installed the same day.

I bought a brand new set of tires from them and one of the tires was defective and left me and my son on the side of the road. We were lucky to be alive. I understand things can happen in production but this place wasn’t willing to make it right. They told me there was nothing they could do and they were terribly rude. Go across the street to the other tire shop, they are much better overall.

Take your vehicle and money anywhere but here. The guys working here are dishonest and disrespectful. Upon a blow out I called to see what I could do as I had recently purchased new tires and all he had to say was that is isn’t his problem and that they wouldn’t be willing to refund me. He also chose to use profanity when he became frustrated on the phone about how I that I felt I should be given proper care for and or reimbursed. Again take your vehicl anywhere but here in Portland it’s worth the drive I promise.

Great family owned shop. I got some nails in my tires and thought I’d need to replace them, and they just plugged them for me. They do great work and won’t try to upsell you to make a quick buck. Tires have been working great in the year since they’ve done that.

Had a flat. Easy fix I was in and out working 15 min. That take cash only. Staff has great customer service! It’s also a mechanic shop. I am definitely going back!

I stopped in at Ortiz Tires yesterday (6/20/2023) as I found a screw that worked its way into my tire and didn't want to drive around risking a blowout. The guys who run this place were super friendly and were able to help me right away. They removed the screw and patched my tire while I waited, for a very very reasonable price. So glad I gave them a try!

Henry is a wonderful help. They are also on Facebook. They do everything to your car except modifying. And they are way way low on prices. I recommend then for sure if you need something done to your car. They just put my rooms and tires on for me. And they look and drives great. Their number one concern is the customer and their safety on the road. Go check them out.

I had two big bubbles in my tire, I called ahead to make sure they would be able to help me out. When I arrived I was helped immediately, and was able to get in and out fast and affordable. I cant reccomend this place enough!

I've gone here for two tires, a single tire, and whole sets with every car I've owned for a couple years now these guys are excellent and flexible when needed while providing great service. Their used tires are always in great shape and the employees are really respectful.

Good service but prices change depending on who you talk to. Went twice in same week. Prices jumped 50%. Cash only, so maybe new guy with ponytail is pocketing the rest. I also had deep gouges in my steel rims (on inside so not a huge deal). Used to be my go to place but not anymore. It’s less to go to Walmart and I think I’ll start Mount/balance on my own at these prices.

I just recently moved to the area and brought my brand new $1500 Rotiforms in to be mounted and balanced. The guy charged $100 for this service. I went to pick up my wheels and there were huge gouges in them. Asked for a refund and the guy wouldn't admit fault or provide a refund. Will never go here again, sadly this business just lost a potential good customer. I should have stuck with my instincts when the guy wanted me to leave them for two hours and come back for them.....Horrible business, would give zero rating if I could

I came here because Les Schwab wanted almost $600 for a new set of tires, and only a 35,000 warranty. These guys only wanted $400 and it came with a 50,000 warranty. The man, Noél, was very helpful and helped me pick out a good tire as I drive a lot. He had to order them because they were not in stock. He offered to put a used tire on in the meantime and that when they arrived he would switch all of them out with the new ones. He is awesome, and I highly recommend visiting to their shop. Support small businesses!!! They also do repairs now too, and if you're close enough, they'll drive tires out to your car if you break down!!!

Stopped in today about a tire rotation. I was having some vibration in a tire that previously had a flat. Thought it was unbalanced and Mario showed me the bulge in the tire I had previously not noticed. Glad he did or I could have had a pretty bad blow out on the highway.

Lost the key to the lug nuts on my wheels and got a flat. After having a frustrating experience with Les Schwab telling me they couldn't help me, I spoke to Mariano on the phone and got my car into Ortiz Tires and they got my car back on the road in a super quick turnaround. They were super friendly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
