Recommend for insurance repairs on my husband’s bike. I wanted to have some additional work and parts installed while his bike was in the shop. I had a list of parts my husband had been wanting and Ron was very knowledgeable and helpful as this was a surprise for my husband. They even had parts painted to match. Thank you OSC. We highly recommend.

On a recommendation, I took my H-D FatBoy into OSC for repair after an accident. Manager Ron McRae did a great job in guiding me through the whole insurance company process. OSC did an excellent job with the repair and the cost was actually less than I anticipated. Highly recommended.

After dealing with three other shops, I had an intermittent problem that no one could seem to solve. I finally took my bike to OSC motorcycle service. Audi took the time to search out every avenue. With his persistence he finally found the needle in a haystack. I'm grateful to Audi And the folks at his shop for sticking with the project to the end.. Thanks again for your Patience and just get it done attitude.

Do not bring your bike here! Horrible experience with this condescending prick ( I didn't even care to get his name). He'll talk to you as if you were a 16 year old boy, without knowing who he's talking to. They worked on my bike for an hour to get a diagnostic & basically wasted my money, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I knew right after he updated me with the "diagnostic" that I needed to get my bike out of there asap! Do not even consider this shop, trust me on this. I will update later once I get the biked fixed by a true professional. I just wanted to get this message out to you guys asap.

I highly recommend this shop. Very nice and helpful. I had some major problem with my bike but with their expertise they were able to fix pretty much everything that was wrong with my bike. I am extremely happy with their service

I was skeptical at first as there are not many shops that are astute in dealing with or working on Ducatis. Ron took on the challenge and got her fixed right the first time on time! I have since taken my other rides for service and or repairs and he did not disappoint. Great people & service thanks guys!

OCC is the BEST ! Both Ron and Audie have been super helpful when it comes to taking care of my bike ....Turn around time is quick .... the work is done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME . My bike won’t go to any other shop then Old School Customs

Came here for a simple repair job from a collision. When I dropped the motorcycle off I also asked the shop to remove the frame sliders. When I picked up the bike I saw they had forgotten to take the frame sliders off. 3 months later, a screw fell out from the part they installed. The staff was also rude when communicating how long the bike would be in the shop. Very poor attention to detail.

Charged way too much for a simple job. Was quoted 150 for a job they charged 600 from another shop after the fact. Will never go back and it's the most convenient shop near me

what an awesome shop...Audi and Ron run the smoothest operation ever there, They repaired and painted my dented tankard fender in under 2 weeks, also fixed every small detail on the bike. I highly recommend them!
