This man sold my mother a bad tire and she had to drive from Milwaukee to Chicago. I’m happy nothing happened but that is unacceptable.

I went there 2 times. First time to get a used tire. Wonderful experience. They were quick and affordable, and that tire has lasted me for 1 year now. I was so impressed with their services that I went back again on January when I had a flat on my front tire. They didn't have my tire size, neither used or new. I remember they said they'd order a new one to put it on for me. They charged me like $100-200. I was OK with it because I figured it'd be the best option for my car. Then they suggested that I should get another new one so both front tires are matching. It came out to be a total of $300-400. At that time I was fine with everything I trusted Oscar's 100%. The issue comes when now I work at a dealership, and I'm an average person who knows nothing about cars or tires. I'm young I'm learning. Well, the technicians at my workplace tell me that my front tires are mismatched. That one is as old as 2018!! And the other 2022! It's 2024 and I went to them on January of 2024 with the promise of BRAND NEW TIRES! $400 THROWN AWAY! When for the condition and AGE that the tires are in, it should've been way less than that. Now I have another flat tire that my job's dealership is handling, and they said I need all brand new tires if I want them to fully match. AGAIN, according to Oscar's services, I would've only needed 2 BRAND NEW TIRES in the rear. I'm GREATLY disappointed since I loved the way they handled business. Now they've broken that customer to business trust. Sadly, I didn't find out right away, so there's nothing much I can do aside from writing this review. I've also lost my receipt from months ago, but I still have bank statements. Inform yourselves on reading the tire year and label if you are getting BRAND NEW tires from them if you are illiterate with those details as I am.

These guys were fast and affordable! In and out in under 30 minutes. Brought them four wheels and told em remove my old tires, install and balance the four new tires I brought (I didn't buy them from him). He wasn't interested in my old tires so I had to bring em with me. FANTASTIC SERVICE.

I have used these guys twice. They were the only ones in a 10 mile radius that had the tires I needed. They were fast and affordable. Definitely recommended!

The manager of the 2079 s 35 Street store is very rude and not accessible to reach an agreement for a service that they provide as a guarantee and in the end he got upset. I do not recommend If you want to put sensors They do not know how to program them well I had to take it to another mechanic who really did his job well and they told me that the Oscar tire shop were not professionals for the work they did for me

I found out about this place from my Husband. He sent me to this place to have my tire plugged. They checked all my tires. The whole process was about 25 minutes and I was on my way.

Took my tire to get plugged. It went back down. Took it back, they said I probably ran over a nail and charged me again. They don't treat women right either.
