Scam seller. All of the positive reviews given by his own guy. Do not trust those. I bought a car from him , after two days I found transmission fluid is leaking underneath. Also, three motor mounts are bad. I bring it to a transmission shop and they said within few weeks my transmission will start giving trouble coz this car was racked or frame damaged and transmission was welded underneath thats why the fluid is leaking. I called the guy name Mr. Kasseem but he is not responding my call. Stay away from this scammer.

I’m 33 and this is the first time anyone besides my father has worked on one of my vehicles. Grate experience, Othman was polite and professional and had my car done unless time then he said it would be. Also charges me $20 less then he originally quoted me and was $70 and $80 less then the other two shops I went to for quotes.

Othman's Garage on Brown Street is everything a mechanic should be. His waiting room and restroom is clean and comfortable. Mr. Othman is quite knowledgeable of all vehicles, both foreign and domestic and a skillful communicator in that he can EXPLAIN to the novice car owner what the car problem is and what course of action he proposes to remedy the problem. His work is skillful, clean and complete the first time around! My first mechanical job done at Othman's was a complete transmission replacement...not a small or inexpensive repair, however as good fortune goes my vehicle could not have been in better hands! It was returned to me clean and running like a finely tuned performance machine....I know this because I was a navigational rally competitor in my younger years...and I know the difference between a car just 'fixed' and a car fixed WELL. I can assure you that Mr. Othman knows the difference as well and prides himself on doing a superior job whether the customer realizes it or not! I was recommended to this garage by a neighbor. I wanted to make a 'test run' to the location to make sure I could find it and I did. I was about to back out of the driveway when the service door swung open and out walked a very quick footed young man with large intense brown eyes who came right up to the car and asked if he could be of help. I explained I was there to 'find the place my neighbor had recommended' and he confirmed that I had and asked if I had any questions. My one question to him was to explain how to get behind the lower dashboard because I thought that was where I dropped my spare key. With no hesitation this man, who turned out to be the office manager Mr. Sharees, dove to the floor of my vehicle and was behind the dashboard in minutes! He found many items but no key. He continued to search and left no 'stone unturned.' I was humbled by his kindness and willingness to help, which is a hallmark of this business as I have come to find out. Mr. Sharees keeps customer traffic moving, prints detailed invoices, orders needed parts with ease, KNOWS the automotive business, and is the perfect wingman for Mr. Othman! You will not be disappointed with the service or ambiance here as both exist in the highest order.

Great customer service, Most friendly honest and caring auto repair around Rochester NY. Prices can't be beat. Whenever you walk into a shop that is extreamly busy and you have to make an appointment.. You know their good! Why else would they be so busy?? Worth the wait everytime!!
